I am unhappy about this product altogether. Tried to use the guide strips to assist with putting on the screen, but they fell off causing me to have to touch the adhesive part, leaving a smudge. Then once I apply the screen, my phone cannot read my fingerprints through the screen. I have to press hard on the screen just to swipe side to side. This is a brand new phone that has just been opened today and worked fine until I applied this screen protector. It will stay on long enough for me to replace it. Very unhappy with this product. Choose a different one!!!

Fingerprints do not work at all!!! I thought I had to reset fingerprints after putting on this screen protector. But guess what, fingerprints are not even detected!!!

My problem with this screen the glue didn't work good on the after 2 months of use start to peel off the screen protector, now I have to buy another one

Just got my Samsung Note 10+ yesterday. The phone does NOT work properly with this screen protector applied. Every 3rd touch gets recognized. Out of the box the quality of the product itself LOOKED decent to the eye but as soon as it was installed I could not unlock my phone with my fingerprint (even with increased sensitivity). Typing was near impossible. I would like a refund for this as this does not work at all as intended

I would like to give it a 5-star rating but, since there is some rainbow-like inside the protector. And important thing is the finger print biometrics on the phone don't work. The privacy protection is very good, anti-scratch and case friendly. That's the only 2 things i don't like about it.

Fingerprints dont work

This is a odd suprise...this came used?? Someone clearly opened it before. The screen has something between the cover and plastic as shown in the picture. This is a huge waste of money if this is what i get. I really looked forward to this coming today.
