This here is somthing I think all boat owners with a jabsco bilge pump system should haveThis strainer fits right on to the floor of your vessels bilge to allow an almost dry pump outThis strainer also has a valve inside that stops any bask wash into the bilge after pumping and keeps ur pump primed for the next pumpingResulting into dryer pump outs and longer lasting impellers these strainers are perfect
