CuprinolGarden Shades Paint for Gardens - Urban Slate 5L

Cuprinol is my favourite brand of paint when it comes to painting garden furniture or fencing.This tin of paint was no exception. The colour is exactly what I was expecting and I had no issues applying the paint to my project.I do find the paint to be quite runny and I also find that the wood absorbs a lot of the paint (which is the idea to help waterproof it). I personally found that 3 coats of paint gave me the desired finish I was looking for and I’m quite chuffed with how it looks. I chose to brush paint it due to only having brushes and I was more than happy with the finish and how easy it was to apply.The paint came delivered in a box which made it quite clear which way up to transport it and this helped prevent any leaks in my opinion from the delivery stage. Also, the tin is covered in tape to prevent the lid just popping off.The tin is like most paints and I found using a screwdriver is suffice enough to help lever the lid off. It’s easy to pop the lid back on and then remove again when doing extra coats.I found that one coat took just under an hour to dry.I can’t really complain about any aspect of the product. It’s only paint at the end of the day.Hope this review helps in anyway

Good Value and quick delivery. Great colour paint which gives a really good finish.

I have been using this product for years and it always gives a good result, also very easy to put on with a brush, as it is water based product, there is less mess in cleaning the brush. I always put two coats on and tend to paint the fence every spring.Excellent value as well if you get free delivery.

An absolutely beautiful colour. A lovely soft pink, brights up the room and easy to put on.

Used this product before and lasts a lot longer than any other make . Dries fast and goes a long way.

Always purchased Cuprinol for my little garden projects or to paint sheds or fence panels. Good range of colours and easy to apply. Still have a large planting trough going well with the same amount of water resistance to when I applied it years ago. Bonus I managed to get my latest tin on sale 👍🏻

Goes on well, gives nice mid sheen finished and protects my furniture for a while longer in the dreadful english weather! Good price through amazon too..
