Ordered 16x20 heart/black background for a friends wedding & xmas present. It came with a few small blemishes, hardly noticeable in the frame but I email them in case it was a printing issue. The corner was creased. I did not request a replacement but they overnight a new one no charge. It’s exactly as described, looks great framed. Sturdy packaging. Highly recommend this company! I will order again.

This is exactly as depicted. Actually, it looks even nicer than depicted. I was a bit nervous ordering the heart shaped one as it had no reviews but I contacted the owners who were wonderful. To ease my worry, they sent me a proof to approved before sending. They went out of their way to get it to me on time for an anniversary party I was attending. A truly unique gift that I am glad I found.
