Good product
I have tried this product a few times and it helps my symptoms of premenopause. It helps my sleep, hot flashes, and the taste is not bad.

I have a hormonal disorder,PCOS, and this has helped me so.much . I started having bad hot flashes, the cold sweats , flu symptoms, ALL OF THE TIME. It was becoming debilitating . This has helped . worth the health investment
This really has given me energy and lessened some of the negative symptoms of PMS when taken everyday. I have ordered bottles for my mother also.

Tastes and looks like it’s only vegetable glycerin
I don’t know if it’s this batch of this or what has happened but I have never tasted it like this before. I have ordered this product for about two years now and re ordered when it runs out and have stayed on it and have never tasted it like this. It tastes like straight vegetable glycerin and is a really light color. I am not sure if I will but this again or change to another brand for this type product…I feel right now like I paid what I did for a bottle without the actual product in it and an overload of just straight almost clear sugar liquid

Good but not for me
My doctor recommended I quit taking this. I was over doing it on ashwaganda and that was causing breathing problems (excessive yawning specifically) for me. I was bummed because I really like this companies products and I was very excited to get this one. But for those who don’t have the issue I do, the taste is great and the ingredients are well thought out.
