I use these as part of a plan to address long term soreness, particularly to address a deltoid issue. You can either apply with oil and move the cup & suction across an area, or you can leave the the cup and suction in place. I feel that using the cups really seems to remove “poison.” I bought these after both my beloved acupuncturist and massage therapist used them. Note: if you leave the suction cup in place for an extended period, you will get a mark, however these marks will disappear in short order.

I bought these to use on clients and I love these especially for clients who are more sensitive. It’s easy to create a suction. You can move them as well.

Bulbs were to stiff to use. Therr not very pliable. Took lots of effort.

Unfortunately the glass cups are better, coz they easier to move on the skin. Those one are giving feelings of scratching skin. Not comfortable
