Tasty honey. I keep it in the fridge once it's opened for the first time. It softs well in a 50% heat micro wave oven for about 15-30 seconds.

I really really loved it when I was home and we had honey bees and good honey and this honey is very similar! We love it!!! And I’m picky about my honey! We grew up in North East North Carolina!!! I don’t like the Florida or GA honey because I got use to our honey!!! Depends on your taste and where you grew up I guess!!!
