I feel better knowing I have this, just in case. Feels great in hand, not too thick, light but substantial enough to do the job. I know I would be able to maintain a firm grip no matter what. I’d say it’s the perfect size. This is an important time to be able to maintain personal safety. I bought this and a few other things after last November. I’m not going down without a fight.

Great quality gos color and the grip is perfect. Only issue was the thing I had to tight the knot and burn the ends so they would not frey.

Great for knocking tires and useful for other things. Very handy when breaking the seal off of the back of the container

I love the balanced weight, grip, length and finish of this Made in America tire thumper. It’s nicely made. I felt I should practice using it. I have been practicing on the punching bags at gym (by permission) as stand-ins for tires that need thumping. Punching bags imitate actual tires up to about six feet high, so it’s pretty versatile. Using online search I found a basic set of a half-dozen useful ways to defend yourself from tires that might have the wrong pressure. By practicing these moves through hundreds of real-time swings, wrist flips and jabs, I’m learning the proper distance from the fire, can anticipate my arm reach, have adopted an active stance, and gained full alertness needed for thumping tires. All in self defense, which I focus on. I’m very happy with this tire thumper. It has helped me learn new techniques every time I practice. I am the first one at my gym to practice thumping indoors. Other members comment on this short stick. I chose indoors because the consistently pleasant weather encourages regular practice. Might need a second one, too, and this will be my first choice.

This is a great quality thumper. Whether thumping tires, zombie fish, or the occasional pervert, this hickory stick gives you the piece of mind that its gonna hold up really well whenever you are in the need of thumping something. Gonna get the smaller one for my spouse.

I haven't needed this Thumper yet, but I love carrying it on my walk in the woods. I love its feel and its good looks.

The leather strap on this stick needs to be longer. With being this short, it does not fit over the wrist. I do custom leather work , So I will add my own longer strap. That is all.
