Too difficult to set up

I have been researching GPS location and fall alert devices for some 12 months ever since my wife returned from hospital following a stroke. I bought 2 pendant style devices and 1 other GPS smartwatch and found them lacking in one way or another ranging from size, weight and functionality but most of all, ease of use.I bought the Laxcido on impulse as it was reasonably priced, looked like a normal watch and reasonably featured.This is by far the best device of all them all, it is the only one that my wife actually uses. I can set the fall sensitivity, it is fully featured, light weight and looks like a normal watch i.e. not chunky like the others.It is very easy to use, the fall feature works consistently. Fully recommended.

Arduous setup process!!!!I am told that Telstra, Optus and Vodafone native SIM cards all work. But these were too expensive. I tried an ALDI SIM and after three days, it refused to work. Then a BOOST SIM, this also wouldn't work. Then I tried a Woolworths SIM. After a few days of trying multiple steps, the watch became unpaired to the App and then when I re paired the watch to the App, it worked. So the bottom line is to keep at it and this watch will work.After the initial setup, I programmed in Mum's emergency numbers, this function really works well, I made a video call from the watch to a friend's phone and programmed in lots of her contacts.After the watch's initial configuration issues, this watch is easy and intuitive to use. My mum could not be happier and she can call for help anytime, from anywhere for help or just for a chat. And she has something that looks just like an ordinary watch but it has so many functions that are specifically useful for her needs.Then after less than a month it failed.Do not bother with this garbage!!!

First time buying a budget smart watch, it came much better than I expected. Easy to use, simple but thats all i wanted, it has all functions i need to get in touch / location tracking for my kids. Got a woolworth sim and works perfectly. The strap is very soft and comfortable. Customer service was great, quick response as i am not good in technical stuff need help to set up. Overall great value and surely recommend this product.

We bough this for a person with dementia. Prior to the purchase we asked the seller whether it can automatically answer calls (as the person will not be able to answer with the button). The seller stated that it could.After spending hours setting it up and hours waiting for the seller to reply on Whatsapp, it is clear that it does not have the auto answer function.Wasted time. Item returned.
