Excellent saltwater grade reel
Im a big fan of the daiwa lexa HD series. Excellent saltwater resistant features. Plenty of youtube videos to show you how to open it up and maintain the reel. Magnetic brakes are awesome for preventing backlash. I use this reel for fishing salmon, halibut, lingcod, yellowtail and more.

The 300 fits good in the hand. Holds allot of line. I use it for big baits. Took it jigging for rockfish and lings. Handled 16oz. Was way better with like 10. But no worries.
