Brilliant for school

This set was bought for my girls birthday in July, with aim to use it for school.Unfortunately the zips on pen case and lunch bag broke after 2-3 weeks of using it (only started using it in September). As 30 days past from the purchase I can't return it or message about product issues, hence writing here (even though I would love to have an option to contact manufacturer with hope it could have been resolved).The backpack itself have been good till now, and hopefully it will stay that way :-)I still give the set high score as the main item (backpack) is great and with no issues.

ordered two for our twin grand- daughters. My wife got quite excited because they look good, appear durable and great value for money. - Really pleased

Perfect for my daughter's school bag

Bough it for my niece and within three months the decore on the bag has rubbed off and the zipper broke. Also the quality of the material is not durable. Not suitable for school. Maybe for the odd social events. The pencil case and lunch bag are still in use.

This is the cutest bag. Ideal school bag has loads of compartments. I love the little Teddy pom pom that comes with it and I love that it comes with a lunch bag and pencil case that all match makes things a lot easier for my child to know whos lunch bag shes bringing home.

Within the first three months of purchase, the zipper on the product became unusable. This left my child feeling upset and disappointed. Despite attempts to contact customer service using the phone number listed on the website, no response was received. It was disappointing to find out that it was more expensive to replace the zipper than to purchase a new product. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing this item as it was a waste of money.
