Dodgy caps
Lovely shampoo, shame about dodgy leaky caps. Leaking on arrival. Not what you expect from nearly 20 quid bottle of shampoo. Smells divine though.

Bottle arrived with lid not secured down and there was slight spillage which makes the bottle feel and look grubby

This shampoo is lovely...makes my hair feel great. Smells lovely and bottle last a long time.

Not much lather
Love the scent but the lather on this shampoo is really weak. You need to use twice as much as other shampoos. Same goes for the shower gel and handwash unfortunately.
