The coat was backordered (I understand why it's so popular!) i searched for weeks before deciding to purchase this specific heated jacket and i am so glad that i did!it fits great (my husband is 5'9" 165ish lbs) we got a medium, i LOVE that there were models with their height/weight and pictures of them in the jackets with the size included on the site.my husband is thrilled to now be an owner of this jacket. we live in Wisconsin and this helps A LOT. plus it's one of the more stylish ones that i found. Then after i purchased it, i wrote a little review and received a little email from the owner (cindy) thanking me and expressing her happiness that my husband likes it. i thought that was so cute!!A+

I love this jacket and it’s fantastic quality. Not only is the coat sylish and office friendly Its also very warm when needed. The light up logo has been a daily conversation starter. The is the jacket of the future. WHEN I HAD A ISSUE WITH MY JACKET, THE COMPANY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT. VERY PROFFESSIONAL

So happy I made this purchase! I use this coat on the med & high setting (Wisconsin bound and hate the cold) and it does a great job keeping me warm. Coldest temp used so far was -4 with wind chills, and did better than I thought it would. I was not hot but definitely was not cold. You know when you get so cold the muscles in your core tense up and it just hurts, well so far with this coat I dont have that problem. The only complaint I have at this time is that the arms are not heated, which would make this coat perfect. For that only 4 stars but still well worth the purchase.

Would love to leave a better review but im quite aggravated as my brothers jacket i just bought him last month is now rendered useless ror the rest of the season anyway (* tor which i specifically purchased a heated jacket!), as the button has come apart for the 2nd time and cannot find the piece to attempt to fix this yo round.. the aggravating part is I CANNOT reach the seller as amazon says my return eligibility ended YESTERDAY! SmhEDIT: after seeing my review the company did in fact contact me and go above and veyong, sending my brother a whole new oat to make up for the issue!

I got this for my husband for christmas. He loves it!!!!! fits perfect. He is 5'3'' and weigh 145lbs. size Medium fit him perfect. shoulder body, and arm length all perfect. the jacket works as indicated and my loves the way it just keeps him warm. He can adjust the warmth level and the battery last up to 8-10 hrs. He complains about being cold all the time and I found him the perfect coat. Great investment.

We will be returning this item.No battery and waterproof bag were shipped.Very disappointed.
