Great device for measuring gem weight I would recommend it to all gem enthusiasts.

This scale works very well for what I paid. I've been working with GemOro for almost 2 years and that brand never fails. Very accurate. If you want a good scale without breaking the bank, this one is for you.

GOOD AFTERNOON. I HAVE BEEN IN THE JEWELRY INDUSTRY FOR A FEW DECADES. UNFORTUNATELY MY A & D MODEL HR 120, WHICH IS A TOP OF THE LINE BALANCE, DISPLAY BECAME SCAMBLED & TEMPORARILY UNUSABLE. I KNOW OF THE GEMORO BRAND FROM PREVIOUS PURCHASES OVER THE YEARS, AND THE BRAND IS SYNONYMOUS WITH TOP QUALITY. I DECIDED TO TAKE A SHOT ON THIS SMALLER SCALE IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO WORK, WHILE I LOOK FOR A REPAIR SHOP FOR THE A&D. THE GEMORO SCALE IS NOT WEIGHING ACCURATELY. WITH THE INCLUDED 20 G CALIBRATION SCALE, THE READOUT ( CARATS ) IS 99.535. I TRIED A 2ND TIME AND GOT 99.578. THE PROPER WEIGHT EXHIBITED SHOULD BE 100.000. THIS HAPPENED WITH 2 CONSECUTIVE SCALES THAT I ORDERED. I'M BRINGING THIS TO YOUR ATTENTION BECAUSE IT APPEARS TO BE A QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE & ITS INACCURACY, WILL CERTAINLY CAUSE A BAD OUTCOME FOR PRECIOUS GEMSTONE VENDORS, AS WELL AS A CONSUMER. THANK YOU, I HOPE THAT GEMORO CAN GET THIS CORRECTED ASAP. IN THE MEANTIME I MUST RETURN THIS SECOND SCALE AS WELL SINCE I'M UNABLE TO RELY ON THIS PRODUCT FOR ACCURACY & INTEGRITY.

I really like this. Didn't break the bank ... and is very accurate. My jeweler had checked the weight on several of my gemstones. The GemOro Scale was within half a point in it's accuracy as compared to his professional scales costing much much more.

El artículo es muy bueno, funciona muy bien el único detalle es que solicite dos y en una de ellas no traía el plato o plataforma de pesaje que viene indicado en el manual como (3) en la otra si lo traía.
