I have a transformer that will provide 36 volts and 10 amps powering a full wave bridge. Would the wave form of the rectified power cause an issue?

Probably not but i have not tried it. If there was a problem you could parallel a capacitor with the 36 volts to filter the noise.

Is 100% command equivalent to running the motor directly connected to the power supply? My motors are not running as fast as expected.

There will be voltage drop, it cannot be helped. There will always be resistances to the circuit, series-pass element(s), the circuit board itself, etc, so you will always lose something. If you need true 100% then you'll have to resort to a bypass relay for a "max" setting when required.

There is no fuse inside. What happens when it's overloaded? You must purchased another one? The 30a model at least has a 30a fuse inside the PCB.

If you overload it, it's gonna fry the circuits everytime.I've bought a few of these just to experiment with. I've also blown up a few. For the price, they're great speed controllers if you use them properly.
