The media could not be loaded.  So I ordered 2 of these. They arrived September 30, 2020. I inspected everything, it all looked good. After plugging in and hooking up at first I only saw the red and green lights. After disconnecting and pushing harder on the tube speaker and lighting to make sure everything was securely connected everything began to work perfectly. I was amazed. The remote allows you to change colors, speeds, modes, brightness. Bluetooth worked on all my devices with Array. I tried my cell phone, tablets, and both laptops and yes if you have a smart t.v. it works with smart t.v. if bluetooth capable. I tried both speakers with my 70 inch t.v. and OMG! it sounds like a theatre. The speaker is well worth the price AKUSTIC has on it. After testing these in my home they worked amazingly. The slightest little problem I seen over all was it could have had a better instruction book or more thorough instructions regarding the controls but not a big problem. If you're deciding on buying one or 2 of these I recommend going for it. Also AKUSTIC sent an email back and was there to help if I needed it. I'm a retired Army veteran and like inspections in the army this completely passed all inspections and works. Very impressed with this. Now if you're expecting sound like you would get from a 3 or 4000 watt system well you're not but in my back yard the neighbors herd it and said it sounded great. Yes I did inform them to let them know I was doing a test . The lights in a low lit room perfect. Again if you are looking to purchase this or a set of these go for it. If you do have a problem with them AKUSTIK will either replace it when you send one back or refund you but, don't think you'll have any problems unless damaged during delivery, You know how the UPS and Fed-Ex people are. I liked the price ,the lights,an that the weight was very light. But I don't like the fact that you have to turn it up almost maxed out to get any bass. An the MIid range is terrible.. good for low low volume like in a small bedroom an maybe put a cloth or towel around the speaker but u can't. It will cover lights face it the opposite way of your singing might help. To cheezy of sound quality. Put Better speakers an it will work

I had hoped to use this as a system for playing gigs. It does not have enough volume to fill a room. It would be awesome for hooking up to a T.V. or home movie ty pi e setting but not powerful enough for my needs.

This sound system is beautiful and light and handy. But even better than the product is the customer service. I had a technical/factory problem with my order. When I reached out on amazon, they replied within minutes! They offered to replace my item or offer a full refund. I am incredibly happy with how I was treated and the costumer service that was provided. 10/10 experience. Don’t hesitate buying from these guys. The -1 star on sound quality is only because of the faulty part I mentioned before. But they resolved everything. Look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

Great look, sounds great! Not quite as loud as I had hoped but definitely not enough of a issue to concern me to much. Would recommend.

Volume malfunction for the first day i tried to play for my daughters birth day party .The volume problem is critical .

This is a great device with a lot of options. Sound quality isn’t as crisp and the one I heard at music store but the price was great!The sound bar speakers are easy to install but kind of lean back instead of going strait up. There are 3 parts to the sound bar but 2 are lights and only 1 is an actual speaker.
