Will it fit a 6th gen camaro?

They will fit 8mm,10mm, 11mm, 12mm threaded shafts, but the inserts are PLASTIC. They are too soft. I had to fabricate an insert out of aluminum to secure the knob, Until the manufacture makes solid inserts, I do not recommend buying these; unless you want to make your own inserts.

Works on 1998 honda civic?

It’s universal, but I would pass on it, it uses an Allen screw which comes lose every three to four days, you have to keep messing with it to tighten up.
