ISS Oh Yeah! OhYeah! Protein Shake RTD Cookies & Creme 12 - 14 oz Bottles

I first drank this after my VSG (gastric surgery). It’s more expensive because it’s pre-mixed, but no grit; very smooth. Cookies and Cream tasted the most like milk chocolate to me. I’ve started drinking again after having pneumonia and losing my appetite. I needed more protein and this fit the bill. They all have an aftertaste as far as I’m concerned, but this was the best of the ones I tried.

I was looking for a high protein product that was low in carbs and sugars. I've been losing weight and working on lowering blood sugars. Many items I've tried lack flavor, and lowering sugars cost sweet taste. These shakes overcome both those issues. They taste great and offer a sweet treat. Highly recommended.

I was skeptical at first, but the taste was great and it really helped on my high protein low carb lifestyle.

Finding Oh Yeah! shakes in the desired flavors sometimes is challenging locally, so availability through Amazon is much appreciated for this great product. Only wish the smaller (12oz) bottles also were available.....
