Perfect fit 20yr old Maytag MAV408DAW
I received this Bluestars washer drive belt well packaged in excellent condition. My daughter told me her Maytag washing machine wasn't draining and there was a burning rubber smell. I told her to unplug the machine and I will fix it. I ordered this belt that matches the oem part# and a drain pump from Bluestars also matches oem part# with next day delivery. Quick easy to replace the belt tilting the washing machine backwards to access underneath then grab the belt pulling out while rotating the transmission pulley to slide it off then off the pump and motor pulleys. Reverse the process wrapping around the pump and motor pulleys then slide it on the transmission pulley while rotating. Perfect fit and her 20yr old Maytag washing machine is working properly again. Highly recommended.

Belt matched listed in repair manual, fit and worked thru all cycles with no slipping. Cost and delivery was great. Always nice to keep old item in service and out of landfills. We need to better at recycling, reduce waste
