Youngevity Ultimate Classic Liquid Multivitamin and Mineral Complex, 4 Pack

We have used this vitamin and mineral supplement for years! As the saying goes, "dead doctors don't lie". The company was the first we tried after watching the video that stated this.

BUY IT. Just buy it. How does a liquid vitamin make you thirstyy thirsty?? I thought the first day was just a random occurrence. Days later and I’m still experiencing the increase in moistness. I did my research on liquid vitamins, came across the creator, and bought the brand because of the fantastic vitamin and mineral absorbency. Of course, I didn’t expect the added benefits. Would give this 10 stars if I could.

I don’t love the taste. Also when it was delivered all of the minerals had settled and it required more than shaking. I poured it out into a measuring cup and had to reach in with a chopstick to get the glumpy stuff at the bottom of the bottle. THEN I whisked it and poured it back into the bottle and make sure I shake it every day. I feel great when I take it though! I typically mix 1 oz. with 8 oz then add 8 oz of juice and sip (occasionally shaking as I go because it settles fast).

Great mineral content. Not a fan of the stevia sweetener content I mix it with orange juice in the morning and ginger beer in the evening. Good digestive enzymes, too!

Tastes great, although some say its an acquired taste. Its a dense mixture of mineral and vitamins in whats know as the original Tangy Tangerine flagship product of Youngevity.

I love this product because it contains so many different minerals! So if you drink this you don’t have to take a bunch of different supplements! So many in 1. It takes getting used to the taste but it’s really not bad just different. Now I have no issues taking it alone but definitely better with water. One bottle lasts so long! Only issue is many times the bottle leaks during shipping but they’ve always refunded me so that’s nice. Just wish it doesn’t happen too often so I don’t have to reorder.

I started using this about 4 months ago after reading the book of Dead doctors don’t lie which I like. The idea of the liquid supplements is great bu after all this time my gut started acting up; getting bloated and inflamed but I thought it was something I ate that did not agree with me. Two weeks ago the loose stool was intolerable so I decided to eat just broth for several days and don’t eat any solid. It went better but never like I was before mean time I continue to take the Classics but my stomach was very delicate. So I conclude that I am very sensitive to the Stevia. And all my symptoms were a side effects of stevia. Too bad there is no one without the stevia. I look in the website.
