I received the allreli 8-pin USB sync and power cable on the 18th of September 2015, the cord worked just fine until the 8th of November 2015. I specifically purchased the power cord for my IPhone 6s, the description of the item specifically states that it's made for iPod, iPhone and iPad, so I purchased it. Everything on the box that it came in, screams Made for Apple, no other manufacturer on the box. So, I guess it's safe to assume that this particular cable is for Apple products, well it was, for just under 60 days, 51 days to be exact. So, that also means that I cannot return it for a refund or an exchange because, Amazon has a 30 day return policy, how convenient. I will have to purchase an authentic Apple lighting cable in the future, so this will not happen again. For those of you who still have an operating power cable, good luck. Please do read on...In less than 48 hours from my initial review on Amazon.com, I received an email from Sunny, a customer service representative at aLLreLi. He wanted to apologize for my unfortunate experience with the power cord and would send me a new one ASAP, not only was he going to send me a new one, but also a second one as backup. First of all, I was very surprised to get a response and of course very happy that my problem was going to be rectified. ALLreLi is exactly the kind of company consumers like myself enjoy doing business with, their prompt response to a complaint from a customer is excellent. I highly recommend their products because their customer service is outstanding and they completely guarantee the customers satisfaction. I never expected to receive a new cable or two for that matter, but I'm delighted that Sunny made it a point that I should walk away from this purchase experience, as a pleasant one. My recommendations for ALLreLi products will be forwarded to my family, friends and colleagues. I'm completely a satisfied customer and for those of you who were on the fence about buying an aLLreLi product, don't be, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

This cable is better than most 3rd party (and almost better than Apple's official cable) in every way.The look and feel is truly awesome. The color scheme is so attractive and the braided cable just feels nice. It's available in two convenient lengths. The only issue I have with this cable is that it doesn't always charge. And that is a pretty big problem considering that's it's primary job.It only happens in a specific situation: when plugged into my PC and trying to sync, it will sync and charge fine, but after about 5 minutes I get a notification on my phone saying "this accessory may not be supported," and it stops charging. It's weird because my PC still recognizes that yes, an iPhone is indeed plugged in, and it still will sync even after this message, but it refuses to charge.I have been unable to replicate this problem in any other situation. My other cables from this company work fine when plugged in the wall, and in my car. Perhaps one of the cables is defective?All in all I do really like this cable and if it worked 100% of the time then I would consider it better than Apple's own lightning cable.

I go through a lot of changing cables. I tend to be hard on them so for me, this cable lasted the longest. However, for me, it only lasted for 3 months. My problem is like all the rest of the cables, the lightning end is bent so many times that the conductor breaks inside and renders the cable useless. I would recommend this cable to those that aren't rough on their cables. It is built very well, with quality materials - I am just too rough on my cables. I have since upgraded to wireless charging and have solved my problem with the cables.

Doesn't fit the charging port in the bumper guard for my IPhone. The Apple cords do, but this aftermarket one does not. The collar on the thing is bigger than the Apple original and it cracked the RhinoShield bumper guard I had to protect my iPhone 6. This is a constant problem with aftermarket devices, and when you look on line they say they will fit, but they are NOT the same size at the Apple originals. When you get them, you cannot use them without stripping off your case or bumper guard, which is a pain and not helpful. The photo is deceptive. It should be the same size of fitting!

It worked great until it just stopped. It lasted about a month an a half then all of a sudden it stopped charging. I figured out it had something to do with the part that connectors. They have worn out and no longer charges.

I like the extended reach this cable provides. Haven't had it long to see if it will last longer than the original that came with my iPhone (after less than a year it started randomly showing the "not compatible" error message and wouldn't charge without lots of fiddling). Also don't know if this becomes more pliable with use, which will involve repeated coiling and getting shoved into a backpack pocket.

This is a great charging cord! I love the fact that it's braided and it's much longer than a 3ft cord. I will admit that it doesn't fit well with a tight case, but so far it's charged my iPod Touch 6, even though sometimes it's fallen off, but it charges my iPad mini great since it doesn't have anything blocking the lightning cable.

The quality looks very good. I'm reserving all five stars until I know that it will continue to charge my iPad. I bought it because it said it was Apple certified, but the box looked the same as past cables I have used that worked for a month and stopped.

I've only had this charger for a couple days but it is a hundred times better than any other iPhone cables I've bought. First of all it unravels itself and doesn't get knots like other wires due to the material wrapped around the wire. Secondly it appears to be very sturdy and doesn't seem to bend easily. Also it looks really good, stands out from the other wires under my desk, not important to its function but still an added bonusIf there are any changes or problems I will edit this review, like I did on the belkin 2m wire.---EDIT---had to lower this item from 5 stars to 3 stars, because although it did do a fantastic job, it has completely stopped working after just over 6 months. What is even more annoying is the fact that it doesn't show any signs of wear and tear, so I have no idea why it stopped working. I even tried it with other iPhones and an iPad, yet still had that start,stop,start,stop charing loop that iPhone chargers seem to get after a while

so i gave this one star because i believe this is a complete scam, i received it in a nice container and it looks the part don't get me wrong. among opening the package i plugged it in and it worked perfectly, was a bit harder too use then the standard apple charging cable as its less flexible and is easy to mould into a ring shape by accident. this product looks like it would last long but after using my phone while it was charging for a few hours the problem arose as the wire insulator is not made out of durable material and simply plastic fibre, it started too become loose and bits of plastic rope from the outside started to rub off due to a small amount of friction. this is not the only problem, in the morning i woke up and my phone had been on charge for at least 8 hours, this charging cable only managed too charge my phone a full 87%. knowing there was nothing wrong with my phone (I've got an iPhone 6 that i got brand new a few days ago) i checked the cable for any holes or visible problems. it looked rough on the outside from the insulator rubbing off but apart from that it looked fine. i then noticed that my phone had no charge symbol so i unplugged it and plugged it back in. still no sign of my phone charging, the cable was broken in less then 48 hours. and I'm sure its no my phone as its new and i tried another charger and that one works.that is the story of the poor phone charger, hope this informed you about my issues and i really advise you not too waste your money on this product! thanks

I Bought this item as it was hard wearing and had good reviews, in total I purchased 4 of these. they were delivered promptly and in good packaging, I was initially impressed. Sadly out of the four that was ordered only two are now still functioning. one does not charge my iPhone any more and gives the 'This item is not compatible' message on the screen when in use. it will not even sync with my pc. The other one has a more serious fault when used the charger emits a loud buzzing, it does not charge the phone, when used on mu PC to try to sync an error message saying 'Power surge on usb hub detected' comes up and Pc shuts itself down.Hence only 3 stars as a 50% success rate.

Didn't last very long, but the wife is known to heavily use her phone... Leave it on charge and have it at weird angles.Edit: Although the first one didn't last that long, aLLreLi have kindly sent a replacement with next day delivery which was very generous of them. The wife is over the moon. If the wife is happy, I'm happy - less moaning that way. :)P.S. This is even after they emailed to ask if they could send a replacement and I had forgotten about it due to being busy, a lot of time later and they were still happy to help. Top notch.

This product caught fire whilst it was charging my phone and had it in my hand. The company were kind enough to refund me and send me out new product but quite honestly I'm not so sure I want to use the chargers again, I think I was lucky to have caught it on fire I'm not going to chance it again!Although these leads are meant to be good because of flexibility they still become damaged quickly with frequent use so if you do buy them or any charger make sure you throw it if you see it's damaged.
