The patch will fit the lens of max 1-1/4" (32mm) (measured from top to bottom including the frame) of your glasses. By covering up the good eye you are encouraging your child's brain to use the lazy eye and the vision should improve. You are in fact stimulating the brain cells corresponding to the lazy eye, this then causes the brain cells to develop and hence the vision should improve. Patching is a very successful form of treatment, but it is only successful as your child will allow - if they will not wear their patch then the vision will not improve. Orthoptic eye patches for my grandson, should have had them posted to me 50 miles from him!
The product is fine but getting them was a nightmare because they are sign for! I guess most are for children so what with the school and nursery runs and work it's difficult to be sure to be in to sign for a package. First attempt at delivery the RM couldn't find the house, it's been there seven years! Second attempt no one was in, request for Saturday delivery that week was rejected by RM, went to the collection office on the Saturday to find a queue of thirty in the rain. Finally RM delivered today. Maybe it would help to say they have to be signed for so that people could have them sent to an appropriate address. Still he loves them thank you!

Brilliant!
I bought this for my 5 year old son , he HATES wearing patches & it’s a real chore but since I have been using this he’s actually asking for it as he thinks it’s really cool! It gives great coverage & fits beautifully on his lenses would definitely recommend to anyone with little s needing a patch.

Much better than a sticky patch
Much better than a sticky patch. Couldn't work out how to fit through slot at centre. Managed to leave on one pair of spare glasses to save taking on and off. This kept it in good condition.
