It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting but worked anyway. Came very quickly and price was right. Would recommend.

Seems to be confusion with the reviewers. The manufacturer name is Super Moss this product is NOT moss but SISAL. Two different products. If you want moss, shop the Super Moss store and search for MOSS. There is no issue with the quality of the sisal if you understand that is what you bought. My overall rating is 4 because I received chartreuse despite box being labeled basil, and I will try to rectify that, but when sold through Amazon, that may be difficult. Box was tightly packed to near bursting, did not weigh, but a full box is my expectation. I will try to contact Super Moss direct regarding color issue. If I exchange thru Amazon, likely to get wrong color again as no one checks.

Product color was not as shown in picture. When I got it, the color is much brighter yellow. Unable to use it for what I purchased it for but I was given a full refund and did purchase another product for seller and was satisfied.

I used this in a gift basket we did for a baby shower.

I had to return yet the 2nd box of this product. Now, the product is in fact exactly what I wanted, however, the amount is a huge problem. First I ordered a box of 3-4 pounds. What I received is 1.88 pounds. Hmm, ok ordered another color , 5 pounds this time. What I received is 2.14 pounds. Each case this is less than half of what you are paying for. They are charging for the outside cardboard box is the best I can figure. The sisal comes inside a large plastic bag inside a box inside an Amazon box.The prices on this, which is essentially a grass fluctuates like gold prices. I am a good Prime customer and rarely have an issue, but this product is problematic. I ordered a previous box of a different color and hit order realizing 30 seconds later I shipped to the wrong address and tried to edit but you have to cancel and start anew. Problem, yes. It was the last one. after I canceled and put immediately back in cart ( 1 minute total) the price doubled...going from 25.30 to 53.73 on 3-4 pounds... which would probably end up being under 2 pounds as was the first. Maybe we should invest in sisal, not stocks...there is something seriously wrong here. Tried customer service, but they are unable to adjust that price even though they saw it was a matter of minutes. I give up.
