The Spiritual Awakening Process

Wow. I have never read this much common sense in one book.I have studied many forms of spiritually and they are all lacking or incorrect in some aspect. I have found a core that works for me and have supplemented with a few other things.The problem that I have experienced is that something is making my spiritual growth progress slowly.I believe the tools that this book provides for soul retrieval and communication will allow me to uncover and work through the issues that have held me back. I have seen some positive effects in a short period of time.It is also great that it is presented from an inclusive and neutral perspective. The tools can be integrated into a wide variety of belief systems.I do wish that a few topics were expanded upon but there is enough information to point in the right direction at least.This is a wonderful book that I think everyone on the planet should read, understand, and put into practice. If that were to happen, I believe most of the problems we face in this crazy world would melt away.

I got this book when I was in the midst of a terrifying dark night of the soul. It got me through the experience that lasted several months in its full-blown form. The insight and reassurance that the authors provided was invaluable. The process was put on hold for the 22-23 school year and now I'm ready to continue the process. The book is providing different insights and resources I need for this part of my journey.

This book provides wonderful examples of theory and application to integrate into one's spiritual quest. I wish I found this book years ago to guide me through the spiritual awakening process, as it was earth-shattering and unbelievably frightening. I appreciate the thoughtfulness, the contextual information, and the subtle flow that each chapter provided; it is intricately organized and artfully exprressed. Additionally, all information provided deeply resonated with me on a profound level. The practices discussed were affirming, as I have unknowingly been engaging. I will take the new ideas and intentionally adopt throughout my next quests in spiritual connection.

I have found the chapter entitled "Shadow Work" the most helpful and inspiring and will continue to explore the subject, for my shadow self is something I have always struggled to accept fully.

I just finished the Spiritual Awakening Process and have tagged about 8 sections to review and I’m still working on the inner child. Honestly, just started journal. I know I first got this a month ago but it’s been a lot to absorb and process. (A lot of emotional roller coasters) With that said, this book has made it as easy as it can possibly be to sort through this journey we find ourselves in. (For what it’s worth considering the waves) A nice source of direction without feeling alone or confused. That is probably the most important thing I’m seeing in my experience thats needed greatly along with trust! Harder to do.Wow to just everything and I’m so glad I came across this and now the writers.

I have been following Luna and Sol and LonerWolf Tribe for awhile online, two amazingly beautiful souls who have helped me understand so much about myself, my spiritual awakenings, and this journey. They helped me get through true Dark Nights of the Soul and sometimes were the only people I had who understood what I was going through at my core and made me feel less alone. Thank you both for this awesome book! I would highly recommend to anyone embarking on a spiritual awakening. Easy to understand, comforting and if you are like me, every sentence deeply resonates in my soul.

A spiritual book I can relate to. I've been going through a very long "Dark Night of the Soul" mostly triggered by chronic pain and illness, feeling there is no Mystery, totally voiding my former belief system. I've bought many via on spiritual perspectives that don't pass the bs tester within me. They speak of pure fantasy and control, which I know is an illusion.This book uses language I wouldn't usr, but I get what they are saying. They talk about being whole, not perfect, and HOW to integrate wholeness and connect with the soul. Most self appointed gurus want to tell you "what" but not "how." I highly recommend the author's website, as well.

This book is fantastic. I have been on this journey of mine for a little over a year and as a social work and mental health major I absolutely adore the way they integrated psychology with spirituality. I am also a person in recovery and Carl Jung is actually how I found my way to this form of Spirituality and I loved how educated they were on so many topics. It is a great read with great correlation and I can’t wait to buy and use their journal they have. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is on their own process through a spiritual awakening.

I loved this book it really laid out things I have been feeling for a few years.I will be defiantly using the information in the book to help me feel whole again.Highly recommended if you feel lost, like something is missing and you can’t get your joy back in life.

I was led to this book and it was exactly what I needed to read at this time.

I really like the down to earth approach to spirituality the writers present here. It feels so much more embodied and human. I don’t like how there’s a lot of spiritual bypassing in some sects of modern spiritualism, which is not helpful to me personally as I feel like it unhelpfully denies the dark side of human nature which we must address so we can heal and grow. I like the psycho spiritual way of looking at things which is what you get here. Thanks Luna + Sol for this amazing book, it really speaks to me. Looking forward to reading more from you both on the subject. I absolutely recommend this book to all spiritual seekers.

If you know some basics of Enlightenment, this book will structurally put it inside you in unbelievable way and you start practicing it immediately. It brings the wholeness in you that you are seeking. Thanks for this wonderful book.
