It definitely had enough roomIf you buy this, before you try to fit it, make a seam all the way around the bottom of it and make a sinch cord you can tie the bottom closed like a pair or sweat pants. Don't use elastic unless you are fond of chasing things down a busy highway. After you tie the bottom closed, get a long strap to tie the bottom of the seat back and again under the arm rests. Watch it close in the wind. You may have to adjust it till you get the hang of it.

The product does as advertised. It's a fine, well constructed fabric priced right. The size however is twice as big as I need but only my mistake for not taking accurate measurements. Nevertheless I can still use it.

I have a rather large 4 wheel mobility scooter and I was having a hard time finding a cover for it. The first one I purchased had the usual draw string at the bottom and it would blow off in high winds. I live in the Outer Banks, so there is quite a bit of wind, most days. This new one has elastic on each end and a tie down at each wheel which makes it snug enough to not constantly blow off. It's great and fits like a glove

I needed water proof not just resistant, protect a very expensive wheelchair..

I like that it is weatherproof and water resistant. Expected that it would be thicker but it works well. Good value for a good price

Its not heavy Duty it rips easy it’s not for the highway

The first time I used it, it left little silver pieces, from the inside, all over my wheel chair. Luckily I left early because we had to use wipes to clean it all off. (It took both of us about 20 minutes!) What a waste of money!!
