When I reconnected with and married my high school sweetheart after 21 years apart it was wonderful. But, not without costs. Besides moving from the Pacific Northwest to Southwest Texas. It turned out that she was allergic to wool. I had three or four wool sweaters that I loved. One was my Army sweater and issue wool muffler. I had to give them all away. It was worth the trade-off. We're into our 27th year now and going strong. I still missed my sweaters.Being near the border in Southwest Texas my winter jackets last for decades. Having been raised in snow country and lived in the interior of Alaska for four years, I don't mind cooler weather. So I really didn't have the drive to seek out a sweater I liked that was also no wool. This year though we decided to keep the thermostat at 68 degrees. I also happened to be in the mood to be looking at sweaters that were not wool. I suggested to the wife that if we did I should probably get a sweater like, "Look at this one." She was, "YES!" I wanted a different color, but it was out of my size. So, we went with the brown one. Good choice.If you have read the backstory, thank you? Hopefully, you don't feel cheated by the time it took. So here are the actual comments on the sweater:It seems to be well-made. It fits well. The sweater is very comfortable and soft and does keep you warm. The sweater also looks quite nice. Simply put. Buy it. Enjoy it. I feel torn in that I want to have more days to wear it and yet I also don't want colder days to have the heat running more. Trade-offs.

I was a bit nervous about ordering online without trying it on first but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The sweater looks great, feels comfortable and most importantly it fits. The size chart was accurate for me, YMMV. The color was the same as pictured too. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase.

The buttons on this sweater are like the ones you might get on an Irish sweater, not leather, but sturdy. It's cable knit, not all wool, but very nice. This was a gift, wish they had it in 3xl.

This sweater is very nicely made, looks great, is comfy!My hubby is 200lbs and 5'9 and usually wears a L/XL and after reading some of the reviews I ordered a 2XL as they were saying that this sweater ran small, and I wish that I hadn't because it fit him quite big.I contacted the seller to do a return and was able to start the return process quite quickly. And I've already ordered him the same one in the correct size. My only complaint is that it'll take up to 10-14 days AFTER they receive it back to credit me back and it's less taxes. :-(Pros- Nicely made, very comfy, reasonably priced, easy return processCons- Sizes vary, return process regarding money being credited back is rather lengthyOverall, this was a great purchase and I will be buying from this seller again!
