Duro Graphic Products 3335 Oil Board Stencil Set, 5", Brown

I was stenciling for the first time and was actually pleasantly surprised with these. It works better to tape the letters down on the top and bottom with small pieces of painting tape. I used Rustoleum chalk paint and it worked well to control bleeding. It is true that you should tap it up and down with a stenciling brush to avoid as much bleeding as possible and tap off excess paint. Separating the letter and numbers were time consuming and not all the letters and numbers matched the spacing on top, bottom, and sides so I had to cut some to match. For duplicate letters, you can just remove the letter right after you stencil and place them in your new spot. I did have to stencil 2 coats, it looks better. Looks like you can use them several times before they start to shred.

They have an odor to them but the material was sturdy plus the letters and numbers were readable.

These served their purpose, however they were NOT easy to use. I don’t think that they were evenly cut or spaced, so it was very hard to place them and a LOT of measuring was done. They’re also not all the same size, card wise. Like if you were to use something to line the tops or bottoms against, the letters will be very uneven. You have to measure from the actual cut-out letter, not the top of the card when doing your placement.

These state they are reusable, which lead me to believe these would be hard and sturdy.....but they are not. They are simply just thick/glossy paper. You'll probably get 2-3 uses from them before they get all soaked up in paint and become useless flimsy/warped.Works "ok" for a quick 1 time $5 job

The product worked really great we had to number the cases that the mail carriers use to case the mail in. The sizing of the stencil is excellent you can see it from 50ft or more .

Not very reusable but gets the job done. Use painters tape to line up letters before applying to concrete area or whatever your painting.

Great size. Lots of choices and some extras. Open the package outside and when you’re ready to use. I opened it up in my office and it had an off gas smell. Very strong. Other than that. Great product!

A real faff to get them ready to use, the letters are punched out but all the waste cardboard is still in the letters unlike that of the main picture, takes a while to sort out
