OK toys with some novel things to attract buyers, though not the best toys for children...
WWE action figures aren't really my bag, as I don't care for the show and all of its play fighting and drama. However, I can't deny that there are kids who would enjoy these things. Building action figures is nothing new. However, it has mostly been done in the past as a "collect-the-pieces-to-build-a-bonus-figure" sort of thing. Putting all of the pieces for one figure in the same package is a relatively new thing. At first it seems kind of silly, but then you realize that when you purchase several figures you can swap pieces between them - sort of like LEGO minifigs, but on a much larger scale. What concerns me is the ability of these pieces to stay connected over time. If you lose one figure, it's big enough to be able to find it. If you only lose an arm, though, that's going to be harder to locate by itself.I suppose that the characters will be fun to demolish as the kids play with them (gleefully dismembering the characters as they engage in violent wrestling matches), but how many times will they snap back into place before wearing out?The characters each come with some accessories that are unique to them - though not necessarily representative or indicative of anything the real-life characters wear in actual appearances. The characters also come with their own tattoos (claer stickers that kids can apply on the characters to bling them out. Again, I'm not real thrilled with the idea of promoting tattoos to children, but that is clearly what is going on, here. The price of these figures is a bit higher than similar action figures, though not obscenely so. They are OK for what they are, but not really toys that I condone for children.

Fun mix and match parts to build unique WWE Superstars
My young nephews and one niece love the WWE so I (their uncle and legal guardian) let them give these "Create a WWE Superstar" action figures a try. They really like all the popular figures such as the Rock, Rey Lucha, John Cena, Bray Wyatt, and Kane Rocker. Each ~7.5" figure comes with an assortment of masks, capes, weapons, armor, and removable tattoo decals/stickers so the kids can mix and those to build up an exact WWE character that the like. The characters also have interchangeable torsos, arms, legs, and boots that snaps-in easily to connect. These are truly action figures because the limbs articulate at the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, and knees, and boots, thus allowing a wide variety of wrestling and action poses. The kids love these figures. The only drawbacks are that the smaller parts are easily misplaced and the kids have to learn to organize and store these figures away neatly; not leaving them all around the house.

Great for Creating Your Own Specialized WWE Figures; The Apron is Awesome and Can Be Used on Other WWE Figures!
I am an avid collector of WWE figurines. I have over two-hundred in my personal collection. They are all out of their boxes. I have no intention of reselling them. I let young friends play with them. Ryan, whom my girlfriend, Tammy, and I often babysit, loves to play with them. He has been instructed not to be rough with them. They are, however, difficult to destroy. The WWE Create a Superstar figures remind me very much of the WWE Elite figures because they are very flexible. They can do the splits. The arms, legs and feet of the WWE Create a Superstar figures can easily be removed, but they can easily be reattached. This is to allow them to be more interchangeable with each other. I am most fortunate that the Amazon Vine Program has allowed me the opportunity to review two of the WWE Create a Superstar figures. (I would love to review more.) I have the Bray Wyatt and the most popular John Cena. Bray Wyatt has his own brown blacksmith apron and a white phantom mask. He also came with a sheet of tattoos that are intended only for the figure and his accessories. I don’t like tattoos. They are hard to apply and remove. I think they are distracting. I have no intention of applying them. However, I kept the sheet in case I change my mind or do decide to give the figure away, which I probably won’t. I was easily able to assemble the Bray Wyatt figure. Easy-to-read and easy-to-follow directions came in the box. (They were located on the very bottom of the box; you may not see them at first when you open the package.) I put the apron and the mask on the figure. I had to remove Bray Wyatt’s head in order to put the apron on because he has a big head with so much hair. The apron snaps closed in the back. Be careful not to ruin it. The apron and the mask can be put on other WWE figures that are not associated with the line of WWE Create a Superstar figures. The apron also looks good on the more masculine figures such as Ryan Mason, Skip Sheffield and Triple H. The phantom mask gives some figures a creepy, sinister look as if they are a serial killer from a slasher flick. Famous WWE wrestler Kane has starred in “See No Evil” and “See No Evil 2.” The accessories alone are worth the price of the figure. They can be expensive when ordering them from online stores that sell wresting figurines and accessories. (Actually, I haven’t seen anything similar to the apron or mask sold individually on any site.) Furthermore, for a different look, I also swapped Bray Wyatt’s torso with John Cena’s torso with no difficulty. I highly recommend these figures from WWE Create a Superstar as toys for children or action figures for avid collectors. One can use them to create their very own unique, personalized wrestler. The combinations are as endless as one’s own imagination.

A great collector's figurine or child's toy.
This is a delightful set that is fun for adults to collect or children to play with. Just watch all the pieces around small children. This one has eighteen pieces to keep track of, and some are very small. First I'd like to comment on how very well made the moveable areas on the knees and arms are. You have a good range of motion, yet the area is durable and can withstand many hours of play and movement. I also love the detail. The faces are very well sculpted, so kudos on that as well. The paint is going to last a long time as well. You can make your figurine more unique with cool items on the tattoo sheet. These parts are also interchangeable with other figurines in the WWE Superstar sets, so you can buy another figure and mix and match the parts that are removable. The arms, legs etc. come off and on easily. I don't know if the arms/legs are available to buy separately if you lose one of them (or the dog swallows one). Check with the webpage on that. You can buy the ring separately to hold imaginary wrestling matches between your figures. The only thing on them that might fade are the tattoos. It may be possible to purchase a new sheet of tattoos if that should happen over time.
