Past Lives, Future Healing: A Psychic Reveals the Secrets to Good Health and Great Relationships

Received this quickly despite Amazon stating it is running late. Keep an open mind. I enjoy the stories and overall message, although the writing itself is almost too conversational for me. She assumes readers have read her other books, so they'll understand when she references specific examples or characters like Francine. One must never assume what readers know or don't know. This is my 2nd book of hers that I'm reading and there are many examples that I don't understand because I haven't read her other books. If you can look past that, her messages and information are thought provoking and interesting.

If you are looking for real psychic thoughts and guidance, read this and any number of Sylvia Browns books! Was a one of a kind lady! Very knowledgeable and missed!

I loved this book! I followed Sylvia's suggestions and have NEVER felt better in my entire 74 yrs. It is as though I have let go of of so much baggage I did not even realize I was carrying. In spite of serious health issues, I have more energy, NO fear of heights-I even went on a Hot Air Balloon ride in Albuquerque this past week! It has been on the top of my "bucket list" for years but thought I would never be able to do it because of my fear of heights. It was wonderful. Like many of Sylvia's books, this one just was as great! Sylvia discusses past lives and how personalities of people are carried over from lifetime to lifetime. Events such as how someone may have died may effect that person in another lifetime and it was interesting how Sylvia hypnotically regressed people through a past lifetime to discover things that person didn't know. It was a great book to understand phobias. Such as the fear of drowning or water. Perhaps Sylvia's client had drown in a past life and this time around it is pinpointed and resolved so that person can continue life more normally. Sylvia had put together a great collection of stories from her clients over the years to put together a book on how to become mentally stronger and deal with our fears, hostilities or negative influences to have a positive result. I couldn't put this book down and read it rather quickly as with other Sylvia Brown books, you won't be disappointed.

Cell memory is effecting so many on this Earth plain and most people dont even realize what is happening within their cells. Its easy to read and perfect for those looking to get rid of lingering fears and thoughts that make no sense in the present world. I use the meditations to help me pass on all my fear, pain and negativity in my cells to the white light of The Holy Spirit. God bless Sylvia and Francine for helping us come to light.

When reading this book I found many of my own beliefs are similar to the authors. I gave me hope to know I can change a negative from the past of this life or other lives I have lived. The author doesn't force the reader to accept her beliefs, but instead leaves open possibilities for growth.

I'll start this off with saying I adore Sylvia Browne and all of the wonderful truth she has blessed us with. The knowledge of our true reason to be here. The meditations she walks you through are very powerful and gave me such comfort and peace. I could feel the energy and love of Mother and Father God fill me. All of Sylvia's works effect me the same way. I just wish that she read all of her audio books. I love Jeannie Hackett, but listening to Sylvia is truly magical, gruff voice and all. I love you Auntie Bun!

This book is AMAZING!!!! It worries me when people judge another when things dont go the way they expect and I have seen a few judgements about Sylvia. In my experience just with this book, forget the others that I have had other experiences with, this book reinforced the work that we do in healing and resolving problems. Many of our clients, that do not believe in past lives, reincarnation, feel that some of this is against biblical teaching and so the list goes on, have gone back into past lives and early childhood to get the lessons to heal the current problems. This book was one of the best that I have read of Sylvia's and I have nearly all of Sylvia's books. Based on my experience with healing this book is a great read and an amazing validation. As a retired policeman one thing I learnt in life is to keep an open mind as nothing is ever clear cut but at no time did I ever encounter anything to suggest that there is anything other than the raw reality of life. We are born ,live and die and that's the end of it. I found Browne 's book entertaining but think she lives in a world of fantasy and vivid imagination. If you like this kind of book - enjoy but don't take it too seriously.
