I have installed this in our conference room and it went perfectly well. I have attached 4 big ceiling mounted speaker and though im skeptic it would work, guess what? it worked! Put it in full blast and it is loud, not as super loud as expensive equipment we have right now. But still, this device can compete and provide you better quality without. I like the fact it is also an MP3 player. But you need to make sure the external storage (USB or SDCARD) is formated as FAT/FAT32 system. It cannot read NTFS (I never tried the Mac version file system). If in doubt, just use the FAT32 file system to store your musics. I have also used RCA connection with my old DVD player and microphone system, as usual, it worked pretty well.. it boost the sound significantly. As of this writing, I have just connected by phone via BT, I went outside and it's still picking up my BT signal.. Just so you know, you need to put MODE to "BLUE" for you to be able to see PYLE in your phone.. Took me awhile to realize that LOL This is really amazing because there are lots of thing you could use with this device. Im glad I have this with me, small yet powerful device ready for upcoming party!!! Wishlish for this model; (for cosmetic) I wish they move all connectivity (input and output) at the back.. I hate seeing wires at front.. again, just my preference

New toy for the garage with high expectations here. Bluetooth connected to my phone easily, how the Pyle was controlled by BT I did not really need to know because I was more interested in other functions. The USB flash drive was recognized and music was heard at comfortable to a 'conversation impossible to another person' levels. The FM radio gave me a headache. I have an older Pyle 5 channel amplifier receiver with FM I wanted to upgrade because it has no SD or USB port for various other media. I let the new one scan for radio stations, There are well more than 40 near and far away in miles, and it settled on the strongest for 22 presets. Sound was good, clear and static free. Some stations actually were received without any antenna connected as I changed from the included wire antenna and changed to my outdoor radio antenna. The headache came when I discovered two of my favorite stations were not selected by the Pyle as presets and I could not make the radio select one or the other. Why?, you might ask. Because unlike my older unit it has no manual way of tuning in the signal you might want to listen to. The lack of that feature caused me to return what could have been a nice upgrade to an existing setup.

Received my PylePro PCAU46BA today. Everything out of the box was great. Tested all the features, and the BT connection. Everything works great, sounds good. It's in a small form factor, which doesn't take up too much space. The price was right, still a steal because it is built well and enclosed in an all metal chassis. Will I buy this unit again? Yes, it has all the features I needed like BT, USB, SD/MMC and 120 watts per channel

Bought for outdoor speakers in a covered patio. Ignore the reviews that equate "heavy" with "quality". It is made of metal and has a heavy transformer, but that's not quality. First attempt to add speakers, noticed no spring to keep the clip tight on the speaker wire and the clip had fallen out. Replaced it and fired it up. Bluetooth worked, sounded satisfactory, but as other noted, no way to select an FM channel other than typing the number into the remote directly. Played - literally - 2 songs - and "pop" and smoke. Dead. Ordered a replacement from Amazon, delivered next day. This one works, but today I noticed that neither aux input (front or back) work. Since 90% of what I want it for is bluetooth I likely won't return it, but can't recommend it.

- Attractive, - Nicely built, - Sounds good This nice little BT Amp is similar to an older Pyle Amp (PTAU45) I've used happily for 5+ years. This unit adds Bluetooth input as well as an FM receiver, USB input and a remote control. Of course it has standard stereo input and rca input also. It came securely and neatly packaged and very clean. It has a thick black metal housing and all the controls feel substantial. It works fine right out of the box and the sound is quite good, especially at this price point. It's plenty loud and will work nicely to provide sound outside in the yard when the weather is nice. )

Did not work straight from box, no power at all. I took the covers off and found several connections inside that were undone. After plugging them back in it worked just fine, except the RCA inputs in the back. Had to buy and RCA to 3.5mm adapter and use the front headphone port to hook up to tv. But... works well, sounds ok

I'm really happy with the variety of options I have with this little amp, and am impressed with the power. I'm using it to drive two speakers in my garage. Sometimes I just have FM going through it, sometimes I'm using Bluetooth from my phone. I can use Bluetooth, FM, Aux (3.5 mm input), SD card, USB connection, and there is even RCA input on the back. The sound quality is great in my opinion. I was just using the FM input at first and was fine with it. But when I used the Bluetooth to stream a higher quality, it sounded great, and connecting to BT was easy. I usually set my phone down a few feet from the receiver, so I don't know the effective range. I wish it could remember the last "mode" I was in, but it's not a big deal. The default when turning on is Bluetooth. The speaker connectors on the back are weak, so you'll need to be careful when connecting the speaker wire, but it holds just fine. You need to physically turn the unit on with a rocker switch, but after that, the remote can handle everything else. Great features and quality for the price. We will see if it can handle being in the garage over time.

My new home had stereo hookup for a whole home speaker system. I did not own anything that connected with stereo wire. This system hooked in perfectly and allows me to connect my phone to it through Bluetooth, so now I can listen to my music and podcasts all throughout the house! I was so pleased to find a reasonably priced solution!

I purchased this to replace an older amplifier. I chose this model because it had a headphone output as well as bluetooth. Unfortunately, the bluetooth is only receive and not transmit, so it will not work with bluetooth headphones. It will amplify bluetooth signal from a smart phone or other source. The 120 W output is over kill for my 40 W speakers but the price was right.
