Cow Leather Archery Finger Tab Long Bow Hand Protector for Right Hand

Came with a little card describing how to warm up a stone. Which is really interesting, since no part of the product is stone. It’s made with four layers of leather; one “working” layer that contacts the bowstring, a smooth layer for your fingers, and two layers to reinforce the binding where the finger loop is. Seems like it will work well for those who shoot with three fingers under the arrow.

Bought this tab to try over a glove I had previously bought. Don't know where the glove is anymore haha. Absolutely love this product.

This tab is quite stiff. I'm assuming it will soften a little with use. I will be cutting a little away from the tip of the tab. It covers the tip of my index finger which throws off my anchor point.

...however, the tab did NOT come with the plastic string lock. Luckily I had an extra one sitting in my archery toolbox. The elastic string seemed a bit short but not a big problem. I might've rated this higher if not for these shortcomings.The tab fits well even while wearing a winter glove. The small leather piece laced in with the string actually helped to keep the tab from slipping off (I have small hands). Using a 25 lb. Samick Sage recurve I shot several arrows and had no problems with my releases. I shoot three-under with "gap" aiming or string-walking. The tab had no adverse effect on either of my aiming styles. Really not bad for the price and the simplicity.

This is a split finger tab, thought I was getting a three under. Quality is just ok.

This is a well made product and provides a very smooth release, as good or better than any finger tab I've used. The arrows shown above, first volley with this tab, shot with an Alibow Kheshig, 50# @ 28".

Not worth the time.

Great value for the money. Provides nice protection to fingers while still providing excellent control. Just bought a tab for twice the money and it is worthless...major name brand, too. Fingers are killing me. Headed right back to this tab and shooting is enjoyable again.
