We are so happy with our Phomemo M110 label maker we purchased for our small family business. I was intimidated at the thought of setting up and using what I consider to be a piece of technology, as neither my partner nor I are proficient in such things. But. The app is so easy to use that we were printing very professional looking labels in no time. We also love that it's portable and we can take it with us to print labels on site (not just at home). I had a tech support issue at first and they responded very quickly with a very thorough trouble shooting guide. As it turns out, the issue was caused by me not making sure the label spool was snugly fit to the labels, which caused them to be off center. But, again, that was caused by me. Not the printer. Once I followed the helpful guide they sent, I was quickly able to realize the problem. I opted to do the annual subscription in order to unlock the full benefits of the app and all our fantastic little printer can do. So far we love it and would give it 6 stars if we could.

So far, this label maker has been good! It’s easy to connect via Bluetooth and works great for my small business needs like barcodes, mailing labels, and product stickers. The print quality is clear, and it’s very convenient to use with my phone. Looking forward to using it more!

I made the mistake of putting down Instagram then I decided to put down my smutty book ( on Kindle of course so nobody else can see what I'm reading) and decided to be productive for once. Our pantry was long in need of a revamp. Keep in mind I end up purging and cleaning the pantry every few months because I have 5 monsters, I mean children, that have no idea what it means to put things back where they belong if it means the slightest effort (if Amazon can come up with a tool to manage sloppy kids and half adults, I'm all in). Anyhow 3 days into the great pantry purge of 2025 cue this little guy. I have the smaller Phomemo with regular sized labels and started labeling the things in my pantry with it however I quickly realized that wasn't going to work. As I'm sitting among 10 expired cans of crushed pineapple I brought out my phone and looked up large thermal label maker. I wanted a Phomemo because I had the smaller one and its so user friendly, seriously, very little set up required, just a little app. Problem is that I wanted it NOW. I settled for next day Prime. I wanted the one that came with 3 rolls however I couldn't wait the 2 days for that. I want instant gratification my friends. Got the label maker with one roll of white labels (I wanted transparent). I'm so glad I got the white labels cuz it looks good in there. I had so much fun labeling that I even labeled the dog food. My monsters asked why I labeled the dog food as if they didn't know what it was. Well, now they know for sure it's dog food in case they had any doubt. I especially love the 'chips' label and the 'noodles' label.The app is easy to use and you can add different borders and fonts. I essentially used the entire roll of labels and now I have to order a bunch more labels so I can be productive and purge the bathroom cabinets. Toilet paper must be labeled...Anyhow. Buy this. You're welcome.

Nice little printer I just wish it had a cut function instead of the serration. ** the battery life is outstanding I haven’t charged this thing in over a year and it sat in my storage from October till march and I’ve used it about 30 times in the last few months often forgetting to power it down and the darn thing is still showing full battery on the display!!!! . Feels well made and I like the styling design characteristics, clean and simple. I bought this back in 2023 when these type of printers were available mainly online and it was the most affordably priced one with the best overall functionality. Now you can find similar looking printers at Walmart. I print mainly labels and barcodes and the print quality is clear and solid. I’ve never tried to print an image so I can’t say how good it is for printing high resolution photo type images. It’s great for my needs and I would recommend this printer for someone looking for ease of use and simplicity. Great for bar codes, labeling and receipts

Not worth the expensive price tag. I thought paying a higher price would mean better or even superb. This is worst and doesn’t live up to its price, brand, or model number. There’s another brand out there that’s about $25 cheaper and you get nearly the same quality, but better printing paper. This brand or model does not automatically read the labels you switch to. You literally have to measure the model manually in the settings or remember what the label measurements are. It’s a hassle. Also, when you do your labels vertically, it doesn’t automatically print vertically. I wasted over 15 labels trying to figure it out and gave up. The manual doesn’t say anything other than how to switch labels, turn on or off, the basic stuff. The online manual that comes with the app isn’t much helpful neither. You have to create and account with them or use your personal email to save label you worked 45 minutes on. The label quality paper is not good. It’s chipping already and seems incomplete ink. If this was the quality I knew what I was paying for, I would have bought the other brand. Don’t waste your time and money on this pricey fancy looking label maker. You’ll be wasting your hard earned cash. Fonts look better with BIGGER label and if you have the standard that came with it, it’s not good. Ugly actually. Zoom into my photos and see the quality on the “ink” or thermal ink, it’s distorted.
