I would say yes they can, but you might need to encase them in some kind of wood for protection and put a cork backer on them. to stop slippage on a table. hope that helps

what are these made of? ^_^ could i drill a hole in it easily too hang?

They are a standard mirror material, and about 1/16" thick. I can't picture successfully drilling a hole in one; but perhaps if you taped over the place where you want to drill the hole with masking tape on each side, it MIGHT work.
