A: This will work with points and a conventional coil. I used these on my older cars. It’s .8 ohms and would also work with a universal coil intended for points. Don’t use a blaster 2 coil with points. its built really for a CD ignition.

**Q: I have mad coil on my 1984 Mazda Rx7 gsl-se can I put resistors on it**
A: You can if its required.
