Fits Perfectly
For general protection and for hauling your guitar around to local gigs this is a fine case. These type of hard shell case, from any manufacturer, were never thought of for heavy touring or for airline use. The multiple snaps, including the one that locks, work well and the exterior studs keep your instrument a little off the ground. Inside it is plush and well padded to keep things from moving around. The box inside is large enough to hold a backup set of strings, as many picks as you could use in a night and a capo or two. Knox Gear is a good and reasonably priced choice. Soft bags really only keep the dust off and offer no real protection. It doesn't matter if you own a $100 entry item or an antique Martin, protect your investment with a hard shell case like this one.

Great case for its price.
I'm not a professional musician and don't need a case that could handle rough "on-the-road" abuse, but rather one suited for carrying and protecting my guitar in my automobile on local or vacation trips. This case had good reviews and was priced well below others that I was considering. It is also considerably lighter that a similar looking case that I have for a different guitar. The lighter weight is a big plus. The case arrived today and it far exceeded my expectations. It's plenty strong but not extremely heavy, well padded, and appears to be very well made. It is exactly what I was looking for in addition to being an excellent value for the cost. If I needed another case, I would definitely order another one of these.

Sturdy and key DOES work!
Surprisingly sturdy and lightweight. My 41" 6-string acoustic-electric guitar fits snuggly perfect. I was going to order another brand that's closer to 100 but still under the $$, but this hard case is perfect. One review stated the key doesn't even work. Seriously - it does. You just have to be patient in turning the key counter clockwise to lock it, clockwise to unlock it. Whichever turn, it shouldn't be "smooth". Meaning, each time, right before the key meets the "exit" alignment, you'll feel a slight click "tug" - very silent, but as you hit that spot you'll feel as if the key is "stuck" but it's not. That means you've hit the "spot" where you're locking/unlocking it - depending on which turn you're doing. You may also need to tug or jiggle the key, but you really don't need to if you're patient. Definitely would recommend this hard case to anyone.

Good value - Update!!! - Univox & Ventura Guitars
Fitting a guitar case is a real challenge. Even if you call the guitar store, they won't give you a 100% guarantee your guitar will fit and they ask you to look at the case specs. Lucky for me I have a fairly nice collection of guitars so I was able to play around a bit trying to fit up some of our early 1960's Japanese tribute guitars to some of my other name brand guitars. Hope the following helps someone out.Bought this for a guitar that is only used at home. No intention to gig with this guitar so this case fits the bill for storage only. Fits an early Univox 335 style guitar with the tremolo bar so I needed a case that was a bit deeper. Not especially tight, but again, I'm just using this for home storage.I received this case today and as I stated earlier, it fits our 1960's vintage Japanese guitar nicely. Another case that I've been searching for was one that fits the Univox or Ventura style Gibson L5 tribute guitars. I decided to see if either would fit this case.Learned something interesting. The Univox and Ventura L5 style guitars are different. Turns out the Ventura measures out at 16.5" in the lower bout area whereas the Univox measures out at 17".This case fits the Ventura guitar like a glove!!One other observation. I have an Atlas as well as two Univox 335 tribute guitars. They measure out differently even though they supposedly came from the same factory. This case fits the Atlas and the later 335 Univox. It does not fit the first generation Univox (the one with the wave hand style headstock). The first generation Univox is smaller and it rattles around in this case.I can't help you with your particular guitar so please don't ask. This is just my observations that I hope someone will find helpful.

Beautiful case for what you’re spending
Beautiful case for the price. Seems sturdy. Comes with built-in lock and key. Has 4 latches and fits my Ibanez dreadnaught quite well. Even with the strap attached. Good pocket and seems like decent construction. Only minor issue is that you can see some of the seams in the material and it makes me wonder about peeling with age. Otherwise a beautiful bound, sturdy case for the money.

Impressive quality for the price.
I'm really pleasantly surprised with the quality of this guitar case. For the price I had fairly low expectations, but this appears to be really well made. I hope it holds up well. Only complaint is that it has one latch with a lock, but there was no key included.

SNUG FIT AND KEY ISSUE EXPLAINED IN THE VIDEO!
The media could not be loaded. At first look, i was honestly surprised at how sturdy it actually is! I tried to lock it and it just didnt lock. I was ALMOST disappointed. But then i took a look at the locking mechanism and there are two tabs that go through two holes on the latch to lock it. I noticed while locking it that the tabs were a bit lower than they need to be, so it just wasnt entering the holes of the latch. Hence why it wouldnt lock. EASY FIX: take a tweaser and lightly bend the tabs up whilt the latch is open and lock is in the “locked position” (as shown in the video) and BOOM! Problem fixed. Locks perfectly. I am well pleased with my purchase.
