I like that it has Bible some verses in it, but some of the quotes are not very inspiring and sometimes confusing. Overall it’s good!

I received this calendar as a gift from a dear friend, and I really like it. I look forward to reading each day's inspirational message.I knocked it down to 4 stars for the following things.There is no December 31! Not sure if it's missing on mine only, or if they're all like that. Not much of an issue, as I use this calendar at work and that day is a holiday for me.Also, really don't care for "The Message" translation of the Bible at all. It is the furthest over of the "thought for thought" translations, and some of it is really off to the point of being annoying. I get there is a purpose for "The Message" version, but I prefer the word-for-word translations. My go-to Bible is an ESV study bible, so on those days when a "Message" scripture appears, I print out the ESV version of the same scripture and tape it on top.Other than those two minor annoyances, this is a wonderful calendar that I plan to use for many years, until it falls apart. :)

Love the inspiration in this calendar but thought it was geared more to tea.
