Great system for suspension workouts - lots of great features and descriptions, allows for endless variety of workouts.
I wish I could give this 4.5 stars, because they're not perfect. But they're incredibly useful. The cards are smaller than they look in the pictures - actually the size of real playing cards. I haven't used the "game" aspect, so I can't comment on that. But here are the things I find useful:- The cards are color-coded so you know what category of exercise it is (cardio, back, core, etc.)- There's a description of the exercise, along with modifications to make it more or less difficult- There's a drawing so you get a rough idea of what it should look like- Very usefully, there's a QR code so you can scan the card and it immediately brings up a 5-10 second video clip of a demonstration of the exercise- Because they're small, I can throw them into my gym bag or into the carrying bag for my suspension straps- Easy to mix and match to create a workout, with nearly limitless possibilities- The basic 52 card set has plenty of exercises but it really is nice to have the expansion pack for variety and for added challenge- Each card list B, I, A or a range (e.g. B-I) for beginner, intermediate, or advanced, so you can cater to the right levelWhy I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, instead of 5, and what I hope future versions might include:- There is no indication of starting strap position (should they be low, medium, high? You have to watch the video, it's not written on the card)- There is minimal indication of where to start in relation to the anchor point. It usually describes whether to face toward or away from the anchor, but not whether to start directly below, two feet away, etc. Sometimes this is obvious, but sometimes I wish it were explicit on the card. But all in all I think these are very useful and will help me design workouts for classes I teach as well as give me inspiration and guidance for my own workouts. Happy with the purchase.

Helpful and motivating
Just as advertised and just what I needed. The cards are so easy to use. No more jumping back and forth between online videos, most of which contain exercises beyond my ability. The link on each card to the quickie how-to video is a bit of inspired brilliance. I like being able to easily organize each workout to fit my time and ability for that session; I can simply add or take away cards as desired. I usually select the 10-12 ones I want and then I can concentrate on execution with a quick check of each card in between exercises (rather then fumbling around online or trying to remember the options). My only suggestion is to add the ideal strap length, which I have handwritten on the cards.

Ideal for those already familiar with their exercise equipment
I've owned a TRX "tactical" set for close to ten years now; and despite my gym membership, I use it exclusively for strength training because I prefer doing these exercises at home. While the training program that comes with this setup is good (and the device itself is top-notch), I'd become bored with it. I got these cards to maintain my interest and not fall into the rut of doing the same sets over-and-over.I've used it a couple of times now in the following manner: I shuffle the deck and deal out 12 cards, and this is my strength workout for the day. Since I'm more concerned with fitness generally and not targeting any specific area, this works for me, and the expansion set means an essentially unlimited variety of combinations. These cards assume the user is reasonably familiar with his or her equipment and don't go into technical detail with respect to its use or adjustment. Additionally, there are a few exercises which, owing to the construction of one's equipment, may be impossible in certain configurations - in my case, an exercise simply wouldn't work with the straps the way I had them (braced against a door). The overwhelming majority will work anywhere. There are apparently videos and apps available, but I found them unnecessary. If you're new to your exercise straps, they may be helpful. Those already familiar with your equipment are likely to find there is enough information on the cards themselves to perform the exercises correctly. In addition, I personally don't see myself making use of the suit-and-number section on the cards, but others might. In all, these cards and the company who puts out and supports them offer more features than I'm likely to use, but these additional features don't get in the way of my use of them as-is.

I really like the diagrams and the option to scan the QR ...
I bought these to reinvigorate my suspension trainer workout for the summer. I use a WOSS suspension trainer while I'm outside on the playground with the kids. I bought a card deck for TRX in the past, and it was okay, but I was looking for a wider variety of exercises - more cards! This package gave me that and more. I really like the diagrams and the option to scan the QR code for a video on youtube. The guy who does the demonstrations is named Kurt Boyd (he's the president of the company according to the papers in the package.) You can find an example of a video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFhFVuNOu7MI think they made Kurt do all of these in one day because in a few he looks like he needs a rest and a beer. I know how he feels.I thought to check the cards between the packs for duplicates, but even the ones that were similar were still a little different. Some of them are modified to be more difficult by changing the angle or stance, but they are all different. I've found it difficult in the past to use cards outside. It may be too windy or I may be flailing around enough to scatter them. I also like to plan a workout carefully, so I use sport/collectible card sleeves to lay out what I want to do and not lose them. It's a nice customizable solution that I can take apart every few days. All in all, I was a little leery of the price, but I like what I got and I think I'll be able to use them for a long time.

Great, easy and fun - MEGA workout companion for TRX training!
Fitness training has been a pastime and interest for me for many years. Now being a dad more juggling is required...TRX/'suspension exercises' provide some really versatile training that can be done almost anywhere with some space and an anchor point. These cards are very well designed to help put together workouts instantly. The cards are of good quality and, with fairly careful use, I can see them lasting a long time. Above all it makes putting together fun workouts easy! What could be complicated and time consuming (i.e. planning new workouts) is solved with these cards!!You get a great wealth of different exercises (in the mega pack) so you can mix and match and still get complete workouts which will help keep things interesting, so important if, like me, after 20 years of training some variety is appreciated! The cards are quite portable like the TRX itself and the QR codes lead straight to no nonsense YouTube clips on your mobile.I see these cards being a handy tool for athletes and personal trainers.Great Design. Good Quality. Recommended.

I love these
I love these! For the past 2 weeks now, I setup an alarm every 1h, and as I have the chance to be working from home at the moment, I can practice 2 to 3 fitness exercises when my alarm ring. With these cards, I can select a card randomly do the exercise, then I place it at the end of the pack and I get a new exercise each time, the explanations are clear, the exercises are really good, they cover different muscle groups, and I find it really motivating to pick up a card, do the exercise, put the card back in the pack and know that next time it will be a different exercise. Just the fact to have these cards makes it a bit like a game, so I look forward to it rather than avoiding the exercise because of some reason like being too busy or else.

easy to use, lots of variety
I just got a suspension trainer and I'm really enjoying it, so I was looking for some training guides to help me use it. The cards are organised by muscle groups and level, so once you get used to the colour coding system it's easy to pick out what you want to train. I sometimes go to the park to train so they're handy to carry around. The pictures and descriptions on the cards are mostly simple and clear, and they're linked to an app you can download to watch videos of the movements being performed, which is useful for me as a beginner as some of the exercises were tricky to visualise. There's a lot of variety of different exercises, I haven't tried them all yet as, but I can imagine there's enough to keep you challenged as you progress. I
