It is clear. I suspect the tint was added to dramatize curves of the glass. again, it is crystal clear.

I just measured two glasses, 342 g and 345 g on accurate digital scale. Equivalent is 12.08 oz and 12.18 oz.

Can you fit a 2.25" cube of ice in this?

No. An ice cube that is 2.25" on an edge measures sqrt(2.25^2+2.25^2)=3.18" from corner to corner on one side. I made this mistake with other glasses and now I need either bigger glasses or smaller ice.
