The thing that I liked the most is the way damaged item was replaced within a week. There was a clear communication from the seller regarding replacement of damaged item, which is very rare to see. As far as the keyboard and mouse goes, they work really nice. This may not be ideal for PC gamers, but definitely good for a computer geek like me who likes to work on computer for longer time. Design is good and all the keys work perfectly with additional functional key shortcuts to save time.

For the first week it was working good, but after my mouse stopped working when I was connecting it to the computer, my mouse works for 10 minutes then it stops working. Wasted my 1000Rs, better to but Logitech product in 700 Rs.

Poor quality. Seems to be very cheap. No battery provide. And different model delivered what is shown. Dont recommend.

This set of wireless key board and mouse set is very hand. I use it for my smart TV where it is really difficult to come use the remote. It works pretty well. Very easy to set up the connection. Happy with the dual product.

Just got it today, i'll update if anything changes. Mouse working great. I don't type fast at all, I am what they call a seek and pecker, this keyboard doesn't respond sometimes to key press. Receiver is 1.5 feet(.4572 meters) under a paper desk (Ikea LINNMON). I have tried putting it on my lap bypassing table which increases distance to 2 feet but it gets worse. The other keyboard i considered getting was logitech MK270, but after handling the mouse at the store decided not to. This is the most I have written so far with it and has already missed 10+ keys. I started this review with a two star rating, and have had to go back so many times I feel this keyboard is unusable. I dont believe its a mechanical issue with the keyboard but the communication with the receiver, actually upon further testing I see if i press the edge of a key all the way down (tried spacebar and several standard keys) it doesn't register. Mouse is a further distance and has no issues. This home has no cordless phones to interfere with signal. I replaced the battery it came with, with a brand new Duracell type. I really like the key layout of this keyboard and the fact it does not have useless dedicated keys like " home", "page up", and "end". The mouse is a little smaller then what i would like. It is quiet if that is something you're looking for. Replacing the battery seems to have helped the keyboard. Haven't noticed a key drop, but battery voltage showing 1.6 volts(great) on the battery it came with. I will continue using it for a week and decide if i will return it.

So I can't be too upset... however, the reaction speeds between the keyboard and computer and the mouse and computer were slow. Sometimes the mouse would just stop working and you have to move it and click it all over many times before it would do anything. The keyboard would stop typing randomly. That just kept getting worse with time. I purchased this in May of 2018 and have used it to work from home since then, however, oftentimes I would end up using my laptop keyboard instead. I changed out the mouse, which helped that issue, but the keyboard just couldn't keep up and kept lagging so I recently switched to another one that is thinner and has an incredibly quick response time. The set was cute and matched my desk colors, but for everyday use when it comes to working and productivity it's a no. If you're just looking for a keyboard and mouse set that's cute and fairly functional, then this definitely works, especially for the price.

UPDATE: I bought a second one of these because it was cute and had good reviews. This time I purchased a brand new one. However, the second one stopped working even faster than the first one. The backspace button stopped working after a few days, and then the mouse stopped working a couple of hours after that. The keys on the keys would randomly stop working. The inconsistency on the keys made it nearly impossible to spell anything correctly. I highly recommend avoiding this keyboard. Don't waste your money on this product!I really wanted to like this keyboard, it is super cute, and the colors look great. However, it stopped working properly after 4 days. I replaced the battery, but the keys randomly stop working no matter what I do. When it did work, it was great! I did buy a refurbished one, so that may be the issue. I will be returning this to Amazon because it is unreliable.
