Not sure!
Loved the vacuum for my hardwood floors. Had for a little under three months and didn’t use it as my daily vacuum it stopped working. I had to spend out of my own pocket $55 to send it back because it was out of the time frame to sent back at no charge. My thoughts are if you are going to purchase this product do it local in case you have to return.

If you have animals and hard flooring, this is a must.
As a 4 cat and two human (one with very long hair) household with all wood and tile floors, I’ve been in a constant state of war with fur, hair, and dust. Sweeping would just fluff it up, swifter pads would quickly fill and then just push the piles around, the big vacuum we had from prior homes with carpet worked well (especially the wand), but took forever and was cumbersome.I hemmed and hawed about buying an expensive vacuum for the floors for quite a while. Did I really NEED this? Now that it’s charged up and I’ve had a chance to use it, I can say unequivocally that yes, I needed this. This machine is AMAZING. Not only is it lightweight, but the bliss of not having to move a cord around to different outlets is great. The regular suction and fluffy brush works great to get the floors swept. In addition to the expected fur and crumbs, I’m shocked at HOW MUCH FINE DUST was also picked up! And ease of switching out nozzles? BRILLIANT. I wandered around the house after doing a full sweep with the little angled nozzle on, snapping up everything on those random ledges that collect dust, and zapping every nook and cranny that had a cobweb or dust.I can’t speak to the machine’s longevity as I’ve just gotten it, but I am optimistic that the brand name will mean that I’ll have many years of fur-bunny-free floors ahead of me.

An Affordable Dyson (for a change!)
A fantastic vacuum at a reasonable price. What's not to love?

Good for Price
This is a V7, which is pretty good on suction but I will be buying a stronger one down the road. Also power is a little disappointing with less than 30min of good suction. The fluffy is better than I thought.

Great product
Super versatile, lightweight, effective, easy to use, charge and clean. It does NOT want to stand up by itself though, no mater how clever you are with leaning it on things. So do yourself a favor and mount the wall bracket right away.

One Pass Vacuum!!
Simply put, the hype is true. Tried 2 other competitiors, Moosoo from Amazon and iRobot Roomba from Costco. They all start off okay, but Moosoo started breaking down and making odd noises in 100 days and Roomba lasted 13 months. You will NOT have to Swiffer your hardwood floors after using this vac. It's the only "One Pass" vac I've ever owned. No need to go back and forth like a Bissell, one pass and you got it. Warning, battery tech is old thus it's a must to buy the double capacity battery for an extra 40, otherwise all you have is an overpriced Black and Decker dust buster!!

Battery charge in question
I like this vacuum. I actually purchased the Shark hand held version because it was heavy. The Dyso is lighter but I’m not sure that it’s better suction. I also am questioning the battery power. It doesn’t last very long on one charge. It is compact and easily stored and easy to clean, which is great. I have actually reached out to Dyson directly to ask about the battery life.
