Spectrum Diversified Plastic Mop and Broom Holder, White, 11.25 in L x 1 in W x 3 in H

These are great. They allow me to put my cleaning tools inside my cleaning closet, out of the way and out from site, but still available to use. Easy to set up. I wasn't sure the holes were going to be big enough, but they were perfect for my needs.

I bought this for our RV. I stuck it just to the left of the door and grab bar. It's a simple gadget but it works great, keeps the broom from falling over and the bristles from being ruined by constantly resting on the ground. Must have!

I bought this to store a broom behind a door. It's inexpensive and works very well, and was easy to put up. It's built strongly enough where it should last a good long time. The only issue I had was the hole the broom needs to fit through is a little small, and I needed to remove a hook at the end of my broom's handle to make it fit. However, once it fit, it was absolutely great.

Just came back to purchase another of these hangers. I use them in my camper to hold the broom out of the way and tight against the wall. It is made of two pieces with a hinge at the top. The back piece is flush against & attached to the wall. The top/front piece will lift up and the broom handle is slipped into the hole and held in place with friction. When not in use it lays flat as shown in the picture. It has never dropped the broom despite traveling on gravel and bumpy roads, and it does not damage the broom nor does it allow the broom to damage my wall. Well made, has lasted for years. Couldn't be happier with the design!

This is a great broom holder. The sticky tape to hold it up is VERY strong. I put it on and realized that it was a little low. Didn't think it would be a big deal to just take it back off and reposition but it tore the paint and top sheet of the drywall off! I really didn't expect that.

The holder holds the mop well if the mop fits into the holder. Unfortunately only one of my four mops fit the holder. For example, the Swiffer Sweeper mop with its softer thicker handle was too large to go through the hole. I am including the details about the dimensions and installation so you can make figure out if your mops fit the holder. I am attaching three photos that I will be referencing in this review. This holder works when you insert the handle into the circle from the below. It is held in place by friction. See Photo #1. You can see me holding the holder with the broom inserted into the hole. I am not touching the broom, it is being held in the air by friction generated by contact with the holder. On the split image on that photo you can see a close up of the rubber ring with groves which provides a good grip on the broom handle. The inside diameter of the hole is 1 inch. If the handle of the broom is thicker you will not be able to put it through the hole. For example, Swiffer Sweeper handle has a thicker handle and I was not able to get it through the 1 inch hole. The holder has two options for hanging: adhesive strips on the back and screws. The warning on the package is that you cannot use adhesive strips on the wall paper. This is what I had a room where I wanted to hang the holder, so I had to use the screws. The screws that come with the holder are plain screw, anchors for hollow walls are not enclosed. I had some anchors on hand and was able to proceed with the installation. Installation: After inserting anchors into a hollow wall, I screwed in the back plate half way in, leaving some room between the wall and the back plate. This is necessary so you can slide in the top plate before tightening the screws (see Photo #2). Photo#3 shows the broom hanging on the holder. Bottom line: The one broom that fit the holder is firmly in place, it is easy to take out and put back in. However, the fit limitations were not clearly stated in the description and the Swiffer Sweeper I wanted to keep in this holder did not fit. Mounting limitations were not clearly stated in the description and I was not able use the adhesive mount. Not all mounting hardware was included (no anchors for hollow walls). Thus an 'okay' rating of 3 stars.

This has been a great tool for my utility closet. Easy to install, secure, and easy to use--you simply stick the handle of the broom/mop through the hole, and let it go; based on the angle and rubbery stuff on the holder, the broom/mop stays secure in the holder, off the floor. I use two of these, one for a broom and one for a mop, and haven't had any issues in over two years of use. A handy little device for keeping things off the floor!

Love this little hanging hook!! I have a small “child size broom” and needed to hang in a tight area. I could not find any type of hook that would hold/support this little broom in any of the major hardware stores. the major. Ordered this and it did the trick! Perfect.

Brilliant little invention. Works perfect. I would just mention make sure to attach the 2 pieces before permanently affixing it to your wall since I made this mistake and had to peel it off. Even once peeled off it still sticks perfectly to my fridge.
