This is such a great book. I have one that I use in my classroom. My children love it! I was so Impressed that I brought a second copy for my granddaughter. She too had fallen in love with books and it’s many letters.

A beautiful story about a boy and his dragon

A great Jolly Postman alternative. Very heartwarming
Captivating and a family favourite. I just love the story and the great portrayal of the boy’s relationship with his dragon. I read this to my class and you can genuinely feel the empathy in the room as the characters part ways. You get a true sense of their friendship. The letters are beautifully written, although the language is quite advanced compared to the rest of the story. The illustrations are fab.I have bought several copies of this book for gifts and they have always been well received. I’ve also bought the other books in this series. This is a beautiful book and I would definitely recommend to teachers looking for a Jolly Postman alternative!
