Love it!
I've always purchased Muscletech products and this one doesn't disappoint. I will say take 1 scoop to gauge your tolerance level. Personally I use 1 1/3 scoops and I get a great pump. I will add that I also take a N.O. supplement though so maybe that has something to do with my awesome pumps. Regardless, this stuff is great. So I bought the Fruit Punch flavor and it tastes sweet but not too sweet. It's not unbearably sweet. It does not give me upset stomach either. The 1 1/3 scoops gives me the skin tingling sensation but just barely. Overall, I'll be buying again.

Diarrhea cha-cha-cha. Works good but too sweet.
I can keep up with the P90X workout when drinking this, but very very sweet and it upset my stomach 😉

Amazing Energy and Pumps!
I love this preworkout it is very potent and gives me the energy I need to kill my workout plus gives me amazing pumps with the aminos without any tingly feeling or jitters like other preworkouts have. The flavor is sweet and more sour like sour patch kids towards the end however it’s smooth and not chalky and I have noticed a remarkable difference in the hardness of my muscles thanks to the L citrulline. It’s a great value for the size and I would honestly pay more for this product because I can tell it’s very high quality. Muscletech nailed it with this preworkout.

Definitely Gives You Face & Hand Tingles
I did get energy but I got really bad face and hand tingles. I should've checked to see if they had beta alanine as an ingredient, since that is what causes it. It is actually quite distracting during a workout.

Great tasting and works well!
Great product! My husband and I have been using this for about a month now and have reordered. The flavor is good and mixes very easily. It gives us so much energy before our home workouts!

Wish they still stocked it.
This product was a great value for its money did what it said it's supposed to do. Only thing I don't like is they don't ever stop it anymore.

Not blended properly
Flavor isn’t terrible considering it’s a pre workout and typically gets chugged anyways. It def puts pep and focus into my workout so that is what earns the 3 stars from me. The major complaint with this product is quality control, everytime I drink it I find chunks of unblended ???something??? In it. I spit or fish it out when I catch it in time but yesterday it was downed before realizing it. Did my workout without issues but a couple of hours later was hit with a crippling migraine that lasted for 12 unrelenting hours. No solid evidence that it was the chunk of mystery ingredient that caused it but it’s definitely put me off of this product all together. I will be making the sacrifice in price to avoid feeling that miserable again!

It's a lot of caffeine, so be careful
I usually add an energy booster to my morning pre-workout shake. I was using another Muscletech product, the Amino*BCAAs. As I said in that review, I take just a half a teaspoon and that's more than enough for me. I'm not sure why this listing doesn't include the Supplement Facts, but it's worth checking the Muscletech web site (where it's clearly listed) so you know what you're consuming. The difference between the two is that the Amino*BCAAs powder is a recovery (although it's not listed as such) powder to help you build muscle, while this powder is meant to give you extra energy to bolster your workout. In terms of energy boost, Amino*BCAAs powder provides 125 mg per scoop (that's caffeine plus green tea extract) compared to the Pre-Workout powder of 237 mg (176 mg of caffeine plus 62.5 mg of TeaCrine). To put that amount of caffeine in perspective, the Mayo Clinic recommends no more than 400 mg of caffeine a day, which is roughly four cups of coffee. These powder companies will twist themselves into pretzels to argue that there's nothing harmful from say, TeaCrine or green tea extract, but the reality is 1) they're still energy boosters, and 2) if they were as effective as caffeine they would replace the caffeine ingredient entirely. They don't, so you can assume that you're essentially drinking two cups of coffee. The amount for two scoops is also listed, which means you're getting 350 mg of straight caffeine (dangerously close to the 400 mg recommended maximum) and another 125 mg of TeaCrine on top of that. If you count TeaCrine in the caffeine category like I do...you're now well over the amount you should take in a day. While Theacrine (an ingredient of TeaCrine) has shown that it has less of a "crash" effect than caffeine, that does not mean there's no crash at all. Look up human trials and see for yourself. All this is to say that I recommend cutting the powder according to your tolerance. I do, and I'm perfectly happy to get my boost in much smaller doses.
