If you’re like me and have been searching all over the Internet, trying to find the replacement lead for paper mate Clearpoint colored mechanical pencils, this is the pencil lead you want to go with! This has been the closest I found to the lead that comes in these pencils Which is great because paper refuses to sell the replacement lead for their colored mechanical pencils! This brand of colored pencil lead erases great, the same quality as the original lead in these pencils. You get a lot of good color variety and it is a great value for the money you pay. I’m also pretty heavy-handed when I draw, and the durability of this lead held up, it was not too soft or too hard, just right. I highly recommend this sled and I’m happy. I finally found a good replacement for my favorite colored mechanical pencils. I will definitely be buying these again!

I have tried 3 other colored pencil leads before trying these. They always broke too easily, or you cannot erase them. These are great in both categories. I don't have to write with feather pressure, and they erase great. The colors are brilliant and you get a lot of each color.

Great for color coding math problems or something g similar. I used them for school and they were nice but very flimsy.

I ordered two packages of these leads. I'm super happy with the quality. They don't break easily unless your really putting your weight on them. I use them with alcohol markers and they work beautifully. Very nice value for the price 👏

Nice colors and not too soft. Easy to load into my Papermate Clear Point mechanical pencils. So far, no breakage at all

I used to underline passages in my bible with place pencil lead. By using color, the underlined passages show up easier. I tried highlighter but the ink seeps thru the thin pages so the color lead is a good compromise.

Break easily
