Two Years In
We purchased this Loveseat in June 2021 and I was hoping it would last, but no. The bottom of the seats sag so badly that I had to purchase gel seat cushions in December 2022. These helped for a bit but the last two months have sucked. The hubby and I are a bit overweight, but we are not so heavy that one would have an issue with furniture not holding you up. The seats started to separate at the tops, so there is a gap In between them that looks like crap.So if you want a loveseat that looks good but falls apart in less than two years this is your huckleberry. We will be ordering a custom made couch to replace this so that we are not spending $1000 every few years. This is the second Ashley that just failed on a short time. I had hoped it was just a design issue on the other sofa , alas it was not they are just made cheaply.

You get what you pay for.
The title sounds like I'm going to trash talk it but, it's a fine couch for the cost. We wanted a fully reclining couch. No center console. No ends only reclining. Full recline. We preferred a manual recline but the version was sold out.Assembly was like 10 minutes. Just slap on the backs and plug in some wires that only plug one way and you're good. The arm rests are like literally resting your arms on wood. Biggest complaint.

Design flaw with frame but still love it.
I read the one review there was for this piece. I had the wide recliner already and love it. So I got the matching loveseat. Indeed, the design flaw where the left side (as you’re facing it) on the right side (as you’re seated on it) will go up all the way, but as it’s about to be all the way closed, the metal of the recliner hits the frame and you have to shift your weight to the other side of the seat so it will go down.I like the couch. It’s beautiful and super comfortable and looks amazing in my space.I will give it only four stars because of the design flaw when lowering the recliner on the one side.

Flaw is easily fixed
As some other people have mentioned, mine also had the issue where the metal framework for legs was catching when trying to close. I looked at mechanism as it closed and saw where it was hanging up. I grabbed my Dremel and ground about 1/4 inch from the frame (where it was snagging) and it works perfectly now.

So far so good
One month in.Cats have not scratched it tha k goodness. The electric parts work. The seat upright is hard but reclined is nice. The leg support lacks a little but an added pillow helps. The leg pillow will be the first to buckle i feel as it has no back support behind it.All in all worth the money

Exactly as advertised
I love this couch! It’s exactly what I expected. I did read all the reviews where some said that it had a malfunction where the foot part didn’t close all the way but mine works perfectly!

Comfy, but weak and cheap.
It looks nice, easy to assemble. But the strength of the frame and reclining assembly is very poor. Cheap chip-board construction. Thin unhardened steel frame and recline mechanism. This thing moves, shakes and creaks with the slightest of use. Returning it to upright results in the leg section getting stuck when it recesses into the base. You have to lift the sofa to get it to retract all the way. When you recline more than maybe 45 degrees you can hear the chip-board cracking. I'll ride it until it breaks, but I will not buy another. It's Ashley...should have known.

Design Flaw
There is a design flaw with this couch. When seated on the left side, the footrest won't go back to the down position all the way. You have to get up and then lower. When seated, it lowers the bracket just enough that it hits the frame inside the sofa. We're going to keep it because re-boxing and shipping back is too much hassle but buyer beware. I found this issue on another review.
