I got my braclet today, it came a good 2 to 3 weeks earlier than predicted so that is a big plus. It looks really nice and well made again another big plus. Then i go to put it on this would not fit the wrists of most men i know. I dont have huge wrist nor do i have tiny wrists but the only way this will fit me is either by cutting off circulation to my wrist, or adding an extra hole at the very very end and even then i would be uncomfortably tight. I'm autistic i find sites like amazon difficult to navigate and find the information im looking for, but i couldnt find anything stating the size, but i assumed that because its called "for men" that the size range would be large but this feels more like it was made for young teens. if it wasnt for the fact that i feel that i need this bracelet i would be sending it back and asking for a refund charging £15 for this i feel cheated in all honesty i shouldnt have to buy an addition extention to be able to wear this comfortably

I ordered this just before the lockdown as I have two existing medical problems, the engraving allows four lines so if your suffering from multiple maladies then that should be plenty of room for all of them.Ok it looks good, if you have a larger wrist it fits on the second hole from the end of the strap. It's quite discreet and has been a godsend during the lockdown as it has been very useful when getting into supermarkets etc during the priority shopping times.It did take a while to get here - yes it does come from China- yes I can see the ironic part of that.I think it worth the wait and the price I paid for it.

Took a while to arrive from the Far East - over a month BUT very pleased with the results.I have complex health issues, so should a Paramedic/1st Responder need the 'headlines' about my health issues if I am unresponsive, they're on my wrist!The strap ISN'T the longest, and I don't have the chunkiest wrists - but for comfort, I have it on the 3rd hole from the end of the strap.Text nice and clear! Unsure if it can be worn 24/7 whilst showering/bathing, so will remove.All in all, VERY pleased & would buy again!!*EDIT 24/12/19 - DID buy another- as before Bracelet B with Caduceus symbol - as I noticed I'D FORGOT to include vital info such as blood group/date of birth/alternate I.C.E. contact number. You need to think long and hard about what info AND how to include it so emergency services/1st responders can get the vital info. 1st one I bought won't go to waste - will attach it to my backpack as it still contains vital info!*

I was apprehensive that the strap'd be too small, as it was with a previous medical bracelet of this type I ordered. The distance from the spike in the buckle to the last hole in the strap is 20.5cm, so for me it worked out quite well. What clinched it however was that not only does the plate have room for the medical symbol, it allows for five lines of text, with up to 20 characters on each line. So my ID gives my name, emergency contact person, their phone number, email address and the most important medication I'm on. And it's smart enough without being ostentatious. It also arrived a fortnight before the given arrival date!

The bracelet was delivered on time, it is just a large enough circumference to fit around my wrist which is 20cm , the buckle is fastened in the last hole but it's not too tight and is comfortable to wear. The engraving is clear and correctly spelt. All in all I am happy with the product.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase, bought as a gift for a friend who has a lot of health problems, 1 is insulin dependent diabetic & also only 1 kidney, so now no matter what I can be contacted in an emergency.It has stopped me stressing when I am not with them now, so much better for me.My friend loves it, not only is it practical but it looks really nice on the wrist. Love it and true to its appearance on the photos. Love that I can personalise it and it allowed more words. Writing is tiny but the medical insignia is big so hopefully that will catch attention. I have small wrist 18 to 20 cm circumference and this fits me with still room to get fat. It’s well made and hopefully will last me years.
