SAVES TIME!!
This little light feeder is amazing. While a little apprehensive over the price we bought it anyway. Our trees are getting taller and every year it is more of a struggle with a ladder to get the Christmas lights on the trees - an ordeal that can take hours. My husband bought this and it arrived with simple, easy to follow instructions. He had finished the entire front of the house in record time. The two large trees our front, which can take an hour and a half each, took less than an hour total, for both! This will more than pay for itself when we use it again this December but it was a little much not knowing how it would work. It worked perfectly! Buy it! It's worth the money!!

Nice but not easy
I've been seeing this for a couple of years and finally decided to buy it. Wanted to really love it, but it came up short. Works well if you are wrapping big, sturdy trees. Did not work well when trying to work on branches. Needs to much pressure to pull lights through opening that you can precisely hang lights on the branches. The second piece was much better at placing lights on and around branches.

Game-Changing Tool for Holiday Lighting Pros
As the owner of a holiday lighting business, I'm always on the lookout for tools that can help me work more efficiently and effectively. The ELF Easy Light Feeder has been an absolute game-changer for me this year, both during installs and takedowns. Here's why I love it:Cut Installation Time in Half:This device has significantly cut down on the time it takes to decorate tall trees. With the ELF Easy Light Feeder, I can quickly and safely decorate even the tallest trees without needing a ladder. It's incredibly efficient and has made my job so much easier.Compatible with All Light Sizes:I was thrilled to find that all the typical light sizes, including mini lights, C7, and C9, fit through this device with ease. No more struggling with hooks or worrying about light strings falling off – the ELF Easy Light Feeder ensures a smooth and seamless installation process every time.Effortless Operation:Using this device is a breeze. I simply attach it to my standard painters pole (I use mine on a Mr. Long Arm 24' pole), and it screws tightly in place. Then, I just walk around the tree, dropping the light wire on each branch and feeding new wire up through the device. It's as easy as that!Light Bag:While I didn't use it very often, the light bag that came with the device is a nice added bonus. It's perfect for helping feed the lights, especially during big tree installations.Overall Recommendation:I can't recommend the ELF Easy Light Feeder enough to fellow holiday lighting professionals. It's a must-have tool that has made my job so much easier and more efficient. If you're in the holiday lighting business, do yourself a favor and invest in this game-changing device – you won't regret it!

If you have tall trees, this is junk. Don't buy it.
I really thought this might be the answer to a prayer for Christmas decorations. It's not. If you have tall trees, you'll need a standard extension pole. But once you raise the lights to a high branch..... your light string will fall out of this "elf." I even pulled about 3-feet of string through the elf, raised the pole..... and all the lights fell down to earth from the light holder. This happened over and over. This might be helpful for trees <10 feet tall, but higher than that and this device is useless. The online videos don't show how they initially attach lights to the tree.... just how to walk around the tree once the lightstring is secured. I've never used so much profanity in my life as I did trying to make this thing work.

Not smooth or easy at all had to use different item to hang lights
Had to use a different item to hang lights on my outside tree this kept getting stuck and you need 2 ppl for this specific one to work well with one person this is very hard the wire gets stuck a lot and it does not make it easier I really wanted to love this item but for this plastic to cost so much money I wanted it to at least work well which it didn’t do.

Works better than a ladder in many cases.
I have been using this with a 24' telescopic pole from Extend - A - Reach. Holy cat. Nice to not have to drag a ladder around everywhere and way, way faster. The horn and the hook work really well and they each have their uses. I used them to decorate an entire hillside full of juniper trees with Christmas lights last year. Totally awesome. Fairly sturdy. I do think if I threw the pole down instead of being gentle that the horn would break, but then so would a lot of things.

I really wanted to love this....
Like so many other reviewers, the ridiculous price had me put off for several years. If it was $19.99 I think they would sell 10x more. But, I finally bit the bullet and give it the old college try....Unfortunately for me, this did not work in my situation. Like most suburbanites, my plantings are close to the house and too close together. As such, this did not work as I needed to be able to go back and forth across the face of bushes, not around their circumference. The lights will not stay on the branches as I reversed direction to move back across in a zig-zag. Despite the wide bell opening, miniature bulbs still hang up on the opening (as everyone knows, they hang up on EVERYTHING) and pull the lights off the branch. Super frustrating! If you have a helper who can feed the lights while you walk around the circumference of the tree, I bet this works great. But I think the hanging weight of the unhung light string will still overcome the ability for the lights to grab onto the branches and this will loose its effectiveness on a tree that is too tall.I think if the opening were more conical instead of bell shaped, lights would flow through it better, but that won't solve the other issues just inherent with hanging Christmas lights.I would give 5 stars to the included string handler device that was included. By FAR the most helpful item in the box for my situation. I will buy a similar tool separately. For $19.99 I would keep this and chalk it up to experience. For $50, it's going back.

It’s a good concept.
Ok, I’m going to say it’s a nice concept and if I could have found a telescopic pole that attaches one into the other; for extra height, and if I wouldn’t have used LARGE bulbs that are on my string of lights, then maybe I might have been successful. I would love to pay more money to see them also INCLUDE VERY LONG, telescopic, interlocking poles with this. To buy them separately are hard to even find and worse, heavy and expensive. If you’ve got smaller trees and bushes, then it’s fine.
