YUM!!!!
We love this stuff! A friend of ours from Jamaica turned us on to Walkerswood years ago. She told us she keeps it on hand for times when she does not want to make her own, and it is the best you can get from a bottle. She's right. We have a very hard time finding this in stores, so buying a 4 pack to keep in stock makes sense- It has a very long shelf life when not opened. The mild truly is mild- but it is very flavorful. If you are a hot food wimp like me, this is perfect. Most of my family loves spicy food, but are very happy with the mild- there are never any complaints on jerk chicken night. The directions indicate to put a light layer on the meat for marinade. I have found that you have to make sure the food is well covered in order to get the best flavor. When you are ready to cook, if it looks too thick, you can brush off some of the seasoning. We usually make chicken thighs. I cook up a large batch and freeze a bunch of them. That way when the mood strikes, I can just thaw a few out, reheat and then throw on the grill for a few minutes for a nice char. It's good on pork chops, too. We are just more into the chicken

If you like Jerk Chicken, this product is for you -- or make a trip to Belize
Second order! Had my first Jerk Chicken in Belize several months ago and loved it. My first purchase was a jar of hot and a jar of mild. Hot turned out to translate to "on fire hot." I ended up mixing the mild and hot for future BBQ. That made the chicken bearable, but not to my liking. Therefore, this second order was all MILD. Now, I like spicy food, but I don't like the spiciness to over-power the taste of the food. Here's my scale: from zero to 10, with zero being not spicy at all and 10 being unbelievably hot, the MILD is between 4 and 6, with HOT being 7 to 8.5. Now, this is a paste and it stinks -- but it tastes soooo good. I recommend you marinate your food with this product for at least 24 hours before cooking and cook on low heat (I use between 300 and 325 on my grill). To make it extra juicy, rub some oil on your food before applying the jerk (if doing this, guard the flame). Tastes just like Belize. I will always have Walkerswood Jerk in my pantry.

The best!
I ordered this for a friend who's out of the country. I kept two jars for myself. I love this jerk seasoning. I will no longer go to my local Jamaican restaurant for jerk chicken. I will cook it at home. Mild is just right, I wouldn't recommend anything hotter. Love it!

YA MON!!! SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!
If you like jerk flavor or just flavor in general, do your self and get you some of this stuff. It is hard to find the mild in stores. I like hot and this is fine, the wife and kids will eat it but they like mild hot (think medium chicken wings sauce spicy). But this flavor is insane it makes everything better, chicken, pork, steak, wings (mix with buffalo sauce for an insane flavor treat.) Do not buy the spicy unless you like face melting heat.

Fabulous
I mix the hot and mild, depending on the audience. Fabulous flavora on chicken or pork with brown rice. Great in Instant pot, sauteed then pressure cooked. Might even try on veggies. And I lived in Brooklyn and passed by jerk restauranrs on my way home from the subway.

I love spice but that was a bit too much
I was introduced to this seasoning by a friend and I am now hooked! At first I got the hot, but that was HOT. I love spice but that was a bit too much. Mild is actually has some nice heat. I love it on grilled chicken. Have used it on shrimp as well as scallops. Definitely will keep purchasing this seasoning.

Fast shipping, but wrong sauce..
So this seller advertised That they were selling “”MILD”” Jamaican jerk seasoning right? Not the hot jerk season. So, why did I get 4 bottles of Hot & Spicy? I’m confused and now I can’t return them to get what I actually paid for “MILD”. I love this seasoning, but mild is already spicy enough for me and my son. I’m just disappointed that I didn’t get what was advertised in the first place.
