I purchased this toy box for my newborn Grandson in December 2020. His name began peeling off in June 2021. I reached out to the seller, they responded asking for pics (which I immediately sent) but no response since. I have reached out twice since with no further response. Crazy thing is I bought one (same box) for my Granddaughter almost 6 years ago from another seller and it is still in tact and beautiful. Don't waste your time or money ($213.88) with this seller. Terrible customer service....

I didn’t even put the toy box together so I can’t comment on sturdiness. As soon as I pulled out pieces to begin putting together I noticed the letters of the name peeling off.If you want something with better quality go to dibsies.com. They are cheaper and the lettering doesn’t peel off. My son has had one from that sight for a year and ahalf and it is still in perfect shape.

I bought the white toy box with aqua lettering and my 4 year old absolutely loves it. It is sturdy enough for even my 200+lb body to sit on. The only complaint I have, is that the.product comes with plastic handle inserts and I was sent 3-8a and.only 1-8b. So I was unable to put those in place. However, it does not hinder the purpose of the product and the handles are smooth and look great without them. I have 2 of these products, the other one I have had for I believe 4 years and it still works fabulously and still does not have a mark on it!

Product was sturdy and cute and relatively easy to assemble. Unfortunately; it arrived damaged and because the defect was stained over it appears they were aware of the damage and sent it out anyway. Very disappointing for quality control as this is a Christmas gift for a foster child. 😢 No time to order a new one.Update: After submitting the above; I received an electronic response saying it had been shipped! Didn’t even address the defect issue! Horrible customer service as well as quality!!

Very easy to assemble I love the lettering very cute, I saw a lot of reviews talking about cheap stickers for the names I didn’t feel like it was cheap it was done very well

Nice box. The most clever part, the personalization, flaked off after just a few months. Dissatisfied, but still usable.

The lettering wipes right off. I didn’t have time to return it as it was a Christmas present so now I’m going to have to figure how and if I can touch up the personalization or actually redo it. I should have read the reviews! I’mSo mad at myself …I usually spend a lot of time doing so and this time I was rushed and didn’t..Don’t waste your time or money. The toy box itself seems pretty sturdy. Just a huge disappointment on the personalization.

Fairly easy to assemble but some of the parts were awkward and difficult to put together. It is very sturdy and looks really nice. I was glad they separated the words when the “space” I added caused the “max number of characters” to run out.
