We have replaced this part twice, due to it malfunctioning in the dryer both times... It isn't that it is the part, it's that Samsung never should have made this part plastic, the belt burns a hole through it after less than 12 months of use for a family of 5.Overall: Part does the job, until we have to take the dryer apart again and repair. Warning: this does not come with the triangular washer you may want to order that too as we broke ours the 2nd time around. The washers are also made of plastic... Samsung get it together, parts replacement people just keep the supply coming we will need more by the end of next year.

I don't know how to rate this. It does the job it was designed to do but it should not be made of plastic. I've had my dryer for 2.5 years. I replaced the roller last June and I'm ordering a new one today (9 months later) because it broke again.

Part is fine but doesn't come with a little plastic triangle you need to do the install. Of course you can buy the $.01 Part for like $30 online lol. Next time ill go through the repair man who gave us the part for free.

With the help of you tube videos and ordering parts on Amazon, my husband fixed our dryer. So wonderful not to have to pay a repairman!

Fit perfect

Original part failed after 18 months. Replacement part failed after 3 months. I think I'll order an extra this time because I know it's going to fail again.
